two.

This is my first chapter i wrote hope you like it :D

I sit here talking to Hannah wondering what will happen tonight at the party. Mom still doesn't know who's coming so whoever we bump into will be a surprise... I'm not very excited.

"Who do you think is going to be there?" I ask Hanna not knowing the answer myself. We are both going to the party, Hanna being the only one that makes me want to go. I had promised my mom to go but really the only reason Im going is 'cause Hannah is going.

"I know you and Katy are coming so that's two off the list." Hanna says smiling slightly.

"Ok hmmmmm....." At this point I'm in deep thought "I honestly have no idea what to expect."

"Well, Katy is famous so I should expect Shannon and Rhi." Hannah said

Me and my mom both have a friend that is right at the best times. Especially when we need comfort and safety when we're not together.

"And I would also expect John." she continued "maybe some more famous people but that's all that has crossed my mind at the moment."

'Welp so much for a big list of people." I thought. Well, I said it asa thought but it turned out I said it out loud.

"I know right?" Hannah said. "But don't worry that's only the people we listed." I nodded "they'll be more I'm sure of it."

I think of people but one crosses my mind. 'Dad' I thought. No he wouldn't be there. I never asked my mom about him because I know it's a touchy subject so I just sit there wondering who my dad might be while I'm bored at home.

'But it's just a guess' I thought 'no harm done to mom at all' I smile

"What are you smiling about?" Hannah asks. I jump forgetting she's there whilst being lost in thought.

"Oh nothing... just.. nothing" I stutter not wanting to bring up the subject.

"Okay then." she says still curious.

after the party. . .

Me and Hannah are wondering around looking for the bar section when a guy that looked really familiar bumped into me. 'Well I did say that we would bump into random people tonight' I thought.

"Hi, I'm Caleb sorry for that I wasn't paying attention." I say with a smile. I have no idea why he looks so familiar but he says hi and we become great friends. . .

{Katy's POV} (Didn't see that coming did you? >:D I win)

I was hanging around with Shannon Rhi and Mia when Hannah runs up to me

"Katy!!!" she yells. I excuse myself from my friends and walk up and kneel down so that I'm looking her square in the eyes.

"What's wrong?" I Ask concern dripping from my voice

"Its Caleb he's drunk like there's no tomorrow and doesn't stop drinking!!!" She yells. At first I think they're pranking me but then I saw her face... no signs of amusement in her eyes or facial expression.

"Take me there now!!!!" I screech.

I run after Hannah as she leads me to Caleb. As we reach him I see him and someone I never thought I would see again. . .

"Caleb!!!!" I yell, he stops in mid action and dropping his glass of alcohol.

"Shit." I hear him mumble

"Yep you better go out to the car with Hannah whilst I talk to your friend here." I say adding sarcasm to the word 'friend'.

"Okay." he says adding a sigh at the end.

"You." I say sternly... pointing to him (not Caleb he's with Hannah)

"Katy." he gasps, looking bewildered.

"How dare you get my son to drink?!?!" I yell.

"I-I" he stutters.

"Save it!!!"

"Katy. . ." he practically begs.

"What?!"

"I'm so sorry. ." he says disappointment on his face "I was drunk myself then I sobered up. He just kept going like he wanted to."

"Either way you got him to drink, Matthew." I never thought I would say his name ever again.
Who's the man I'm talking to you ask?

My ex-boyfriend Matt or Matthew Harper. Father of my son. He is the man that gave me my son, my life, my family. I have to love him for that but not at the moment. I broke up with him when I walked in on him in bed with another girl. I was mad at him them but I got over it. But now there was anger raging inside of me as my son sits completely wasted in the car. I couldn't help but have sympathy for Hannah who's probably helping him.

He doesn't know that Caleb is his son. I didn't tell him.

"Why?" I mumble "WHY!?" my voice gets louder and louder as Shannon walks over to where I am.

"What's wrong Kate?" She asks completely oblivious to it all. She gasps as she makes eye contact to Matthew.

"Matt." she gasps, anger filling her voice every second she takes it in.

I lean in and whisper "he got Caleb completely wasted and he's sitting in the car." She gasps again.

"You go to him. I'll tell Matt to leave." She says sympathetically knowing that he was the one that gave me Caleb.

"Fine" I give in. I walk away to my car to face my drunk son.

As I get in my car I see two figures. One of them being my drunk son, the other being Hannah.

Hannah is sitting in the back and starting out the window with pain, regret, and sadness in her eyes. I think about asking her what's wrong but I don't.

Caleb is sitting there basically half asleep, cackling madly to himself. My boy, my little angel that God gave me. Why him? I thought he was smarter than this he's only 14. I raised him better. 'What had gotten into him?' I ask myself as I start the car.

(Seeing that Katy is 29 in here ummm. she had Caleb when she was 14 but let's say 20 anyway ok?)

I knew what had gotten to him, or who

Matthew. . .

{Caleb's POV}

I wake up with a start and look around but as I do an excruciating pain runs through my body from my head.

'Great' I thought sarcastically 'its going to be a great day if I start it with a headache!'

The last thing I remember about last night was meeting Matthew and having a couple drinks, Hannah running away calling for Katy then that's it.

The last thing I need is to be yelled at by an overprotective Katy. 'boy this day just keeps getting better and better' I thought sarcastically.

I walk down the stairs if my house ready to face mom's wrath. . .
