You were an ace when it came to hacking. You usually hack when it was involved with internet.
Right now you were at your home on your computer when you noticed you had an alert of some kind from your net friend; saying he had stumbled across something interesting. A series of Black Boxes that when opened seem to lead you down another web directory. It was like tunneling but more vast.

Knowing of your curious nature, he had passed the information or the link to you thinking you would want to follow up on this information. You were one of the few vagrant hackers in circle and explorer.

You thought back to the past. When you were 10, you were given permission to use your dad's old spare laptop since his work had given him a new one like they usualy did every few years. Your dad thought that you could use the experience and get used to internet and how to operate it properly.

Then you wondered about your hacker friend. He must have been trying to solve the black boxes. He was taking one path and then another and opening up a door and seeing where it goes. Most times hackers could come across a treasure trove of information or a dead end. Your friend hadn't cut any corners when he broke down the story to you. His Start Point.

The different pathways that he had taken, he had to reset his IP Address per 30 to 45 seconds. It was an essential protocol that your friend used to cover up his tracks while he was immersed in the level of encryption that he had encountered with each box and how long it took him to reach the next one.

He had come across seven boxes. However, upon reaching the seventh, he had difficulty's and was now stuck.

Challenge Accepted

As you quickly glanced over the data, you had already begun booting up the ghost hacks and IP scramblers. You needed to have what was in front of you knocked out the way, as well as being able to cover your own ass with the new encryption you had made.
You would be able to latch onto an existing IP address for 30 seconds before bouncing to another one. Thus, making yourself disappear every time.

This was great in theory but forced your movements to be slow when it came to do things on your part a bit. You checked your watch, realising that in 12 minutes you would be ready to go.

Like your friend had shown you, You followed his path ways and activated the encryption to keep you safe while wandering from parent directory to another parent directory.

It didn't take you long before you to ran into the first black box. It was just the basic encryption that took almost no time to break through. Inside was a directory with four different sub directories. You knew that your friend went through to the second link but your curiosity led you to pick the first one, in about three minutes, you realized it was a dead end so you quickly backtracked and made your way to the main directory deciding that you wouldn't deviate from your friend's original path.

In about half an hour, you had gone through all six black boxes. This showed how skilled you were. Smiling at your accomplishment, You then came across the seventh box. Looking and deducing at it for a bit, you then realized that the encryption on this particular box was very different.

Every hacker, no matter how good, leaves a sliver of information behind, you just have to know what to look for. You knew your friend had been here and this is where he had gotten stuck.***

There was a clock on the box, not any ordinary but a unique clock, one that you knew would take a bit time to break through its encryption.
You pondered for a bit. You had a day off from your work so you could easily spare some time to kill. You started encrypting it. Wow this box was a tricky little shit. You had never run across so many tedious things to break through in your entire life. It was more annoying than the actual challenge. At one point, some pole like figures appeared on the side screen. They were slipping and dipping and moving around all the different codes that were present behind them. "Just what is all this information!?" You thought as your curiosity gnawed at you. But you didn't allow yourself the luxury of lingering because you knew, the minute you got distracted to see and understand what exactly you were swimming through, The encryption would completely kick you out of the box forcing you to start all over again.
