I ran into the forest as fast as I could, ignoring the slashing branches whipping me in the face. I came to a clearing with Cameron on the ground. Shit.
I look around and look him over. A blow dart. In his neck. I had read about these things. They're poisoned. I pulled it out and looked around at the sound of branches snapping.
FFT. A dart flew past me, only skimming my neck, making it bleed. I brought my hand up to my neck and winced. Although it just skimmed me, I could feel the poison seeping into me. I began feeling woozy and the world was spinning when someone walked out with a green leaf skirt and dirt on their face. I fell down to the ground ad kept falling. Down, dark, deep.
