The top of the picture displays when Starclan Spottedleaf first gives the prophecy to Firestar. The second part shows Jayfeather telling Firestar that he is the fourth cat in the prophecy of the Three and it's reminding Firestar of the very first prophecy he got that set him on the path to his destiny.
