Aden stared at her, suddenly feeling aware of the five year old upstairs that depended on him.
"I won't kill you--get on!!" She yelled.
He hesitantly straddled the motorcycle behind her, staring down at her waist. He wondered if she would yell at him for wrapping his arms around her; but once she revved up her speed--he didn't care.
He clutched onto her, his breath escaping him and his hands shaking as they crossed red lights and seemed to fly above the cars.
Soon enough a loud whirring sounded from behind them. Aden turned up and wished he hadn't.
The gigantic beast of a machine chased their path, being so close that Aden could see the bolts and locks on it. He yelled at Miki, not even sure what words he was speaking. He just knew that Miki was a criminal, a helicopter was chasing them, and his life seemed to be fleeting before his eyes.
She swerved quickly; the road scraped so close to them any type of rock would've wiped their faces right off their heads. Then Miki screeched to a stop, and the helicopter rushed by. For a moment Aden hoped he would be wrong, that the helicopter was not that close to the ground, and that it was not pursuing them.
But it spun around, now with people coming down a hanging ladder. Miki jerked him off the motorcycle, running upwards and hauling the limp Aden up with her.
She bust into the door, throwing Aden into the room. He knelt upon the ground, his eyes wide, his face pale, and his hands shaking. He spun around to Miki, fury in his limbs."What the fuck!? Miki--who the hell was that!? Did they find out your iden--"
"There. I brought him here safely. Now call back your men." She said in a cruelly cold tone.
Aden turned to where she was glaring, and found a glare directed right towards him.
He was broad and tall, with golden blonde hair that was pinned back to his head. His eyes were a grayish green, and he frowned with dark sly brows. He wore such an elegant suit that he almost seemed surreal.
He stood up then, and he was just a bit taller than Aden. He raised his brow superciliously as he sized Aden up.
"This is Aden?"
"Yes." Miki responded.
Aden turned to Miki. Why was she acting so respectful all of a sudden? It wasn't exactly completely respectful, but it was kingly treatment compared to how she treated Aden. He turned back to the guy, and Miki rolled her eyes as she noticed his body tensing.
"Who are you?" Aden asked suspiciously, taking in his formal wear. "You....you're Second Class."
"And you're Third. L--"
"--It's Miki." She hissed.
Aden stepped back. He took in what he was seeing.
He was standing before a Second Class citizen. All he had ever seen was Third Class, people just like him. They were just a given of casual life; so much so that Aden started to doubt anything else existed. His ex girlfriend dissapeared trying to find the Fifth Class, so did anybody else who was sent there; so he had just assumed that perhaps there only was Third Class.
But yet there stood a Second Class citizen, elegant, and foreign. He seemed to be a completely different entity, from another world.
Aden turned to Miki.
"How do you know a Second Class?"
She wasn't looking at him. Instead, she glowered at the Second Class citizen, who had lifted his brows. He suddenly smirked.
