"General... Dusk... Bear.... Blood.... ughh..." Moon was lying out of weariness and pain. Her wounds stung, it felt as though she was being pierced by spears.

"Well looked who finally showed up!" Claw sneered at her.

"Claw!! I need your help, I was training.... there was a bear... and the General... hurt... Dusk....." Moon moaned and tried to straighten her thoughts. But she couldn't.

"Wait, General? What happened is he okay?"

"I... I don't know...." Moon stammered standing up.

"Where is he?!" Claw shouted. Then feeling dumb he realized that they went to training. "Um um.. Stay here! I'll fetch Forestflower for you. Bracken look after Moon for me. Okay?"

"Thanks Claw. But beware of...." Moon couldn't finish, she fell. Her body slowly moved up and down as she breathed but she was in a deep sleep.

"Hello" Moon yelped out?

There was a deep amber wolf gleaming in the sun. He turned towards her, his emerald eyes shown as bright as a sunlit canopy.  The wolf's jaws opened, but no sound came out. He walked towards Moon and whispered.

"When the moon shines the brightest the darkest times of all will come. Beware of your surroundings for some are not as they seem..."

Moon turned and was about to ask what was going on when the handsome wolf suddenly disappeared. She saw the moon, and her reflection in it. Then darkness filled her dream and she woke up.

"Oh, I'm sorry! Did I hurt you?" Forestflower asked.

"Oh no... Just a bad dream. Where am I?"

"You're in the Medicine cave. I'm just inspecting some of your wounds. They're not too bad."

Moon stayed quiet and uncomfortably shifted on the scratchy leaves.

"Here eat these berries while I disinfect your gashes. I'll be right back."

"Thanks." Moon called weakly. She was curious on what happened to Dusk and the General. Moon jumped up but winced in pain. She looked at her slender body and saw it covered in dull markings of scratches.

"Don't move! That'll increase the pain, until then finish the berries I gave you."

Moon looked down and chewed on the tart berries.

"Ewww, tastes like mouse dung."

"If you don't the pain of being disinfected. I'd eat those. Plus they're healthy!"

"Alright alright." Moon said as Forestflower gave her a stern look.

"Okay, you're wounds are ready to be tended to properly. Now, try not to do anything to harm yourself after about a few days. Then you can fight to your heart's content." Forestflower then started cleaning Moon's gashes. They stung slightly in the process but not enough to make Moon yelp in pain. When she was done cleaning and stitching up. Moon thanked Forestflower and went out to search for the General and more importantly Dusk.

"Oh you're back! I found the General and Dusk. They're both in the private medic quarters."

"Oh, it figures. Are they okay?!"

"The General is okay but I'm not sure about Dusk."

"Okay, thank you Claw! This means alot." At that Claw's fur puffed out while he strutted at the compliment.

Moon rushed back over to the Medic's cave and asked where Dusk was. Forestflower said that he was being taken care of but was resting right now. Moon rushed into the private cave parts and found Dusk sleeping quietly. His strong body softly breathed in and out, making a tiny whimper when exhaling.

"Dusk?" Moon whispered.

Dusk looked up, "Oh hey Moon.. You okay?"

"I'm fine but what about you?!"

"I just sprained my back leg and have some minor wounds but overall I'm okay."

"Well I hope you get better. I should've gone in front of you guys, to protect you."

"It's okay! You were strong and brave to defeat that bear by yourself, you saved all of our lives."

Moon smiled. "Thanks Dusk, do you need any food?"

"I'm good, thanks. I just ate a rabbit. How is the General."

" He is okay, but I'll check on him just in case. Bye Dusk."

"Bye Moon." And as Dusk said that he drifted off into his slumber.
