After dropping by the schools office to pick up my schedule I decided it was time to get to class. I wanted down the hallway they call the D wing of the school. Witch is where all of the elective classes are. Ian went back to his locker witch was upstairs by the science classes. My homeroom was art. Yay.

I walked into the art room picking a seat at the table closest to the back of the room.

The students piled in, and oddly enough I felt this anxious feeling. My palms got all sweaty and I couldn't sit still. My eyes dated around the room. This dull thumping noise came from every corner of the room.  Till I saw him, tall brown haired almost black. Slender framed yet muscular. Golden skin and deep green eyes.

He smiled at me shyly. I waved at him and smiled. He waved back slightly. We cautiously walked over to me and slowly sat down beside me. I'm still feeling anxious, so I looked forward.

"Hello?" He asked hesitantly. I still sat forward.

"Hey, how are you?" I asked now facing him. The dull thumping sound now louder than before.

"I'm okay, just trying to adjust to this new country." I looked at him curiously, then I realized he had an English accent.

"Are you from England?"

"Yea, my mom got a new job here in America. She's a bounty hunter for the government." He said unenthusiasticly.

"What's your moms name?" I asked curiously.

"Jade."  I nodded facing forward again.

The rest of the day was slow and uneventful. Ian and I had three classes together. English, science and band. Yea I'm a band geek. I walked in to history and took my seat by the window.

About 15 minuers into class and the teacher was still giving the first day lectures about class rules and expectations. Then she got into the syllabus.

"Class this year is no ordinary history class, if you want I'll teach you anything from the French Revolution to Greek Mythology and urban legends. You've gone to school 12 years I think you should choose v what you want to do senior year." The teacher said after 20 minutes, she was nice with dark hair and dark eyes. She couldnt be over 30.

"Can we start with urban legends?" Some kid asked from the back of the room. I smiled and nodded. Suddenly the room got quiet. I looked around to see the source. The same handsome English boy as before was waking into the room. All eyes feel on him. His face became blushed as he frantically fumbled too find words, but Mrs. Garland just smiled and waved him in.

"I'm sorry , I had to mathematics I had to get a schedule change. I implore your forgiveness?" He asked walking into class cautiously. The class laughed.

"You're forgiven, please just take your seat." He smiled gratefully and took his seat beside me. I smiled and waved, as did he In return.

"Now class let start with urban legends. I like evil dark things so let's start with the queen of the dead yea?" Just them the bell rang. Signaling the end of the day.

I walked home with Ian. Taking about our day. The thumping sound got louder but instead of many like I've endured all day they're was only one.

"Guess what?" Ian asked.

"What?" I said I'm return.

"I got a date!"

I clenched my fists, and as soon as that happened the wind blew wildly and my hands caught on fire. I freaked out and waved them wildly, bit the fire was gone. I turned around and walked him leaving Ian a confused Ian to walk home alone.
