Of course, she was one of the lucky ones though. Well, Natalia could've been died in the water, so it was a relief she died in a slightly nicer place. I mean, I wouldn't consider a boardwalk in Florida a very "nice" place. On the brighter side of things there was a lot of other ghosts here. Most took pity on themselves though, it was very annoying to hear their screams and cries everyday. Nonetheless she was still greatful for the spot.

The sky got darker and darker with every passing minute, and before Natalia knew it, it had become night. Her figure standing out in the dark. She heard a yelp and turned to where it had came from. A figure loomed in the distance, slowly Natalia made her form disappear. Another yelp came from the dark figure in the distance with an odd sloshing sound. Drip. Drip. Drip. Drip. The sound was so clear in the silent misty night. The person hacked and dropped to their knees, only to get back up and continue the journey.

"H...Hello?" She heard from their general direction. Natalia of course, was hiding she never liked people seeing her. Even if she knew she wasn't visible. Just the thought of eyes on her very being frightened her. "S-Someone...he...lp." They called from the edge of the boardwalk. Curiosity got the better of her, and Natalia peeked her head out. "I'm...I'm...here." She said as quiet as the wind itself. The voice was female, and sounded too familiar. "Th-thank god..." Natalia's eyes widened as she saw it was her. The lady from earlier this morning! Who did she say she was? "I-I'm Claudia R-Romig! Some...Someone...augh." The woman groaned, clutching her shoulder and chest. That's who it was, Madam Romig, the card woman from early in the morning. "Madam...Romig?" Natalia questioned stepping out from behind the bench she hid behind. Even though her form wasn't visible everyone could still hear her. "A-Are you...that-that girl? From this m-morning?" Romig asked, inching to where she heard the mysterious voice. "..." Natalia hesitated to answer at first, but then took deep breaths and spoke. "Well...yes." She muttered, turning her head to the side, fiddling with her long black hair. "Great...now h-help pl-please. I need to-" Natalia sighed, interrupting Madam Romig as she clutched her chest. "H-Hurry, get-get hel...p." Her voice got quieter and quieter by the minute. "Shh..." Natalia said putting a finger to Claudia Romig's lips. "Now get some well deserved rest." Natalia mumbled, looking up at the looming silhouette of a man above the two women. "I promise it wont be just a nap." Natalia said, continuing as the man hunched over Romig. "You'll be resting in a terrible way, no one will know your pain." The male took a cleaver to Claudia's throat, the blade lightly resting on her flesh. "So hear this now Claudia Romig." The man looked into Natalia's shimmering eyes and looked back down at Romig, waiting for Natalia to finish. "May God have mercy on your soul and body. Or may you perish in hell." She said as the man dragged the cleaver across the woman's throat in a quick slash, Madam Romig dropping to the ground. The man stuck the knife in deeper, his force so heavy it cut her throat off her body. Natalia heaved in a heavy breath, closing her eyes as Romig shook. Natalia groaned, and as her eyes fluttered open, the body was gone except the head. The man disappeared as well. Natalia's now teal eyes had no pupil whatsoever, no iris, just teal coloring. "Perish in hell Claudia Louise Romig. For your sins-" She paused and picked up the severed head that lay on the ground. The grey eyes staring and stuck in a terrified expression. "-have not been atoned for." She whispered into the courpses ear, knowing the mind might not be functioning, but her soul could hear the vibration in Natalia's voice, wherever it may be. "I hope you've learned your lesson." She said, her teal colored eyes looking out onto the water as she carried the head to the bench she had been hiding behind previously. Natalia's hands were covered in black goop as it dripped into the stream. She turned the head so it faced her and ran her goop-covered hands through Claudia's light brown hair. Leaving trails of black through it. "Goodnight." She whispered as the wind blew dramatically, Natalia's dress flowing behind her. As it did so, Natalia placed the head on one of the arrow-tipped fences that aliened the boardwalk; then kissed her forehead. "Someone'll find you in the morning." She muttered carressing Claudia Romig's cheek and smiling. "I promise you wont remain in this hideous state for long. You'll join me here soon. But until then, God rest your soul."

And with that, Natalia stood up, walking off into the distance, her figure fadding. Another victim claimed by the Masked Man, another person to join her. Whether someone lived or not wasn't decided by God, not Satan. It was decided by Humanity, Natalia noticed; because no matter how many Great "Do-Gooders" there were, there were Criminal Masterminds to counteract them. (And Visa-Versa) Surely Natalia would grovel over this tomorrow, but not for too long. She had a victim to claim, the Irish boy was going to perish as well. Natalia didn't want it to happen, but she couldn't provent it. He should've been educated enough to stay away from the girl who was; Natalia Brown. So now he had to crumble, whether she wanted him to or not.
