~ Tiny's P.o.v ~
As we left the farm we ran into the forest and came across a lake.
" Can't go over it. Can't go around it," Rosebud stated.
" Mudbud, I've got bad news. You're about to take a bath," Buddha said.
" Dude, I'm already clean. I just took a mud bath," Mudbud stated.
" On the positive side, there's no soap," I added.
" Cannonball," We all shouted running in.
" Okay, fine. Fine," Mudbud shouted running in after.
Once we all crossed we left running though the fields barking, we stopped in front of the forest and we heard an owl hooting.
" D-Do we really, really have to go in there," B-Dawg asked scared.
" Don't tell me you're a
scaredy-cat," Rosebud said.
" Them is fighting words. I ain't no fur ball spitter," B-Dawg added acting tough.
" We don't have a choice. We have to go through the forest to get to Mom and Dad," Buddha said.
" So, suck it up B-Dawg," I added. " We'll be fine the worst thing that could happen is that we get eaten by a bear,"
Then we all started running towards the forest entrance.
" B-Bear," I heard B-Dawg say right before following us.
I started running in front with Buddha leading the way.
" I'm sensing this way is true north," Buddha said.
" Then your compass is stone-cold busted, dog, 'cause we just came from that way," B-Dawg shouted.
" Do you wanna lead the way B-Dawg," I asked shouting he didn't answer.
" Hey, guys, should we stop for lunch," Budderball asked.
" Why don't you stop thinking about your stomach for once,"
B-Dawg shouted.
" Dude, why don't you stop thinking about yourself for once," Mudbud shouted back.
" I don't know why I bother with you guys," B-Dawg said jumping on Budderball and Mudbud.
" Throw me a bone, will you," Rosebud added getting annoyed.
" Listen up. Quiet for a second," Buddha said trying to get their attention.
" Stop fighting," I screamed. They all stopped and looked at us. " The only way we're gonna find Mom and Dad is if we work together like a team," I added.
" Guys, I feel like someone is watching me," B-Dawg said shaking.
" Dudes, dudes. He's right," Mudbud added.
I heard a twig snap and a growl. Buddha and I turned and we saw a wolf. It snarled at all of us and left running as soon as Rosebud yelled run.
As we we're running we stopped when the wolf stood in front of us blocking our path. I stepped forward growling.
" If you hurt my big sister or my big Brothers. I will kill you," I said snarling at him.
" You are very brave, little one. Even if you half the size of you're siblings," The wolf told me. Then I stopped snarling.
" I definitely take back what I said about girls. Girl power all the way," I heard B-Dawg say.
" It's not safe for you pups in the forest alone. Follow me," The wolf told us. " I won't harm you,"
He lead us all the way to a cave where it got dark.
" Mr. Wolf, sir, y-you got any cheese snacks by any chance," Budderball asked.
" I'm afraid not little one,"
Mr. Wolf told him.
" How about some advice for six lost pups," I asked.
" Where are your people," He asked us.
" We we're being sent to our new homes and..." I started but Mudbud cut me off.
" We ran away 'cause we wanted to stay together," Mudbud finished explaining.
" We we're scared of the unknown," Buddha said.
" You know, as legend tells, one day, A small pup wandered away from it's den and wounded up lost far form home. He was rescued by a small boy, and when it was time to return, the pup did not want to go home. He and the boy had formed a true bond. And from that day on, dogs chose to live amongst people to bring the love of animals to human families," Mr. Wolf told us.
" We've really messed up. We ran away from our troubles instead of facing them," I said.
" Then our 'rents got dognapped," B-Dawg said.
" We're trying to rescue them," Budderball added.
" I have heard your mother and father howling," Mr. Wolf told us.
" No way! Y-You know where they are," Mudbud asked.
" Really," Rosebud asked.
" I heard them, too. I was trying to tell everyone," B-Dawg said.
" Dude," Mudbud said trying to stop him.
" What? I did. Heh heh. Honest," B-Dawg said.
" Rest now, and in the morning, I shall take you to them," Mr. Wolf said.
" Sweet dreams, everyone," Rosebud said.
" Goodnight, Mr.Wolf," I added.
" Goodnight, brave one," Mr. Wolf told me.
Then I fell peaceful sleep.
