Destiny and fate, whats the difference between the two? One you can change and the other you can't. Right? Or maybe theres no difference and both just like to make some people's life a living hell! For example the story of Roxas and Sora.

Like most dramas it all started at school. Sora was at the cafeteria, not eating. Witch was kinda shocking. He was too busy staring at his crush. Kairi hikari the prettiest girl in school, and also one of his best friends.

"Do I have something on my face?" Ask kairi awkwardly. This snap Sora from his trance.

"Oh.. No! I was just .... Thinking?" Answer Sora trying his best not to show how embarrass he was for being caught staring.

"Umm ok" she smile, Sora blush but smile back. That's smile didn't last long as soon as blue eyes met blue eyes.

"Hi kairi" Roxas said, smiling like an angel. Sora just glare at him. If eyes could kill, poor Roxas would be dead by now. Said blond felt the deadly glare, and glare back. You see these two hated each other with a burning passion. Everyone in school knew that, the reason as to why, that was a mystery only they knew.

Sora and Roxas have always been in the same classes since preschool. You'd think that with this they get to be best buds! Wrong! you couldn't be any more wrong. Roxas hated the brunet because everyone would always tell him to be more like Sora, just because they look alike. It was like being himself was not enough. Plus that smile. Sora's smile piss him off so much. How can someone be always so bubbly and happy?! As for Sora, well he hated the blond because Roxas was always picking fights with him. He took every possible moment to make him miserable. Also he was always looking at Sora with those hateful eyes, it was as if Sora was just a big problem.

"Oh what's up Roxas?" Kairy interrupted the glaring battle.

"Just wanted to let you know I finish the research part of our project, the rest we can finish at your house or mine. cool?" the blond answer with a big grin on his face.

" Sure, I'll let you know when"

"Great, cya" with this he gave Kairi a hug and left. Oh he could so feel the negative vibes coming out of sora as he left.

"Sora... Why do you hate him so much"

" It would take me a whole week to answer that" he said finally eating his meal.

"I saw that" said Xion.

"I don't know what your talking about" Roxas said sitting down next to his best friend.

"Don't act innocent. I know you just did that to bother Sora" She accused him.

"NO this time I actually had to talk to Kairi" Both knew this was a lie, and Xion had been right. They sat at an empty table. Roxas had his expressionless face on. He was always looking like that, even if he smile. It was always a fake smile. This worry Xion a lot. She didn't want her blond friend to be miserable all his life. But what could she do? so far she tried everything!? That's when it hit her. The greatest idea she'd had since ever. Love! only thing that can make a person happy and change them to their best! Only problem was who did Roxas love, or better question was. Who could he love?

"Say Roxas, have you heard of the White witch?" She said, a plan forming in her head already.

"No. what's that"

"It's a magic show. The owner has the power to see who your true love is, by using the string of fate" Xion said with a big grin on her face. Roxas didn't like where this was going.

"And I care about this why?"

"you should go"

"No"

"please~~~" she ask in a sing a long voice

"No"

"I'll buy you sea salt ice cream for a month" This got the boys attention, He really love sea salt ice cream. "Ok fine.... but I wont tell who it is" Xion didn't care. she had ways of finding out.

Lunch was almost over and Sora was alone eating, witch was a rare occasion. The brunet was very popular. ' i wish there was a way to find out if she likes me too' Sora thought

"There is one way " Sora nearly scream when he heard the blond girl. She appear out of no where and sat next to him.

"Namine you scare the hell out of me!" he blink twice thinking over what she said. " Wait ... what? how?"

Namine grin " You could find out by using the string of fate. See if Kairi is your soul mate" Oh how tempting this sounded. "You can do that?" he asked not completely convince.

"Oh yes yes, come on Sora take a chance, you wont regret it"

Sora sighed "I guess I have nothing to lose"
