Grayson's POV:
Back at the hospital the doctors said that they would do everything they could to save Bella's life. I was worried and scared. That bitch had to pay for what he did. Hopefully the police would lock him up.
I asked the doctor if I could see Bella after the surgery and he agreed to let me see her. I was so glad that she survived. "Hey Bella, it's me Grayson." She squeezed my hand but her eyes were still closed. She tried to speak but I told her not to bother. "I'm so sorry for everything." I said as tears went streaming down my face. Her eyes opened and she wiped away my tears. I leaned in and kissed her. She smiled and that's all it took to make me happy.
Elena and Ethan entered the room. "Bella, are you okay?" Said Elena as she ran to Bella and hugged her. "I-I-I'm okay." Elena was crying. "Stay strong." Said Ethan. Bella smiled at him. Elena was buried in his chest, crying. He kissed her forehead. "We'll go and get some water." Said E. I nodded. They went out of the room and I buried my head in Bella's hand.
"Hey you." She said to me. I smiled at her and kissed her. "Hey." I said back. She closed her eyes and was fast asleep. I kissed her once again. "I love you Bella. I'm so sorry for this."
