Elena's POV:
Grayson was waiting for Bella outside of the operation theater. I walked outside and I started to cry. Ethan shortly came after me. "Why does everyone that's around me end up dying or injured? Maybe its my fault. Maybe I'm bad luck." I said crying. "It's not your fault Elena. Don't blame yourself."
"You don't know what my life was like in London. I never used to listen. I was rude to everyone and I always used to ignore my parents. Maybe that's why my dad left. Everything is my fault. It's all karma. I hate myself so much. Maybe I should just leave."
"Elena don't say that. You are the one of the best people that came into my life."
"You're only saying that to be nice."
"No I'm saying that because I love you. I have loved you since I first laid my eyes on you." I stood there silently. "I love you too." I replied. He pulled me in for a kiss. It felt like fireworks were going off and my heart started to flutter. We pulled away and he dried my eyes and we held hands and walked back inside.
Grayson went inside and then me and Ethan and entered. She looked so lifeless. I cried into Ethan and I left with him. I couldn't see her like that. It really hurt. She can't leave me. I don't know what I'd do without her.
