Bellamy left the room and I was left there wallowing in my own bad decisions. I got up and got redressed hoping nobody knew what just happened. I left the tent to find something to do. My mind wondered as the first night on earth seemed to never end. I walked to the part of the wall that hasn't been fully built yet and stared into the forest. It's crazy that life was sustained on this ball of radiation and death. How? Is the real question. I began to cry at the thought of us all being killed off by the same species of human as us. I looked at the forest trying to focus on the yellow light coming from the middle of a clearing bit my tears blurred everything. I got up and walked toward the light hoping I would live through it I continued to walk. As I got closer I started to see more of it. I put my hand up to the light. It was warm and soft. I heard twigs break and I turned around as fast as I could. Then everything was black.
