The Anime Castle

Vol. 6

She came jogging then stopped arubtly when she saw Ike and I. Her long blue pony-tail swung behind her back. Time stopped. Ike looked up at her not understanding the problem.

"Get up, Ike. How..how dare you?!" She exclaimed. I stood quickly, now understanding.

"Im sorry I didnt know you two were dating. I didnt know he was your boyfr-" I started.

"Boyfriend?!" she finished,"You really thought-?! Hes my brother!" I gasped quietly and looked at Ike almost as if he had betrayed me. Then back at Akasuki. It all made sense! She was golden, Ike was silver. Now Akasuki wasnt finished,"This is the one I told you about! And now I find you with her?!" She was furious. Takumi came out with Sid apperently curious about the shouting. Ike then spoke, "Look I remeber now but may I remind you that youre the one who started the fight?? Shes not that bad!" I was touched and thankfull for Ike. "Oh sure you think shes fine but then she has to move in on someone closest to your heart!!!" Akasuki raved.

Sid spoke now,"Is this what this is all about, Akasuki?!?!" Akasuki seemed to have just noticed Sid's presence. "Oh dont be stupid!! I.."She trailed off with a tear in her eye,"I..l-loved you S-sid" Sid stood there not saying anything. What could he say? Now everybody stood awkwardly. We were all in hot water. Takumi stepped forward. He had a way with a words, he could settle this.

I was deeply disappointed.

"Shut up" He muttered. Akasuki looked up at him shocked.

"W-what did you say?" She stuttered.

"I said shut up."Takumi repeated. Akasuki then replied,"You know this has nothing to do with you!!!" Then what Takumi said next almost made me cry. "It has everything to do with me if youre going to hate my sister and yell at my best friend." Sid looked down at Takumi with pure respect in his eyes. "And you know what else?" Takumi continued,"I knew you were going to be a pain from when I first met you. You are nothing but drama and a pretty face." Despite the anger, and passion in what he said, his voice stayed level and calm the whole time. Akasuki winced at his words with sheer pain. She fell to her knees and stayed there sobbing quietly.

Then deadly calm Akasuki whispered,"Ike we are leaving." Ike started,"But-"

"NOW" Akasuki shouted weakly. As Akasuki stood Ike shuffled over to her side and when they walked away Ike looked back and winked at me. I blushed. I looked at Sid who smile dryly. Finally I blacked out.

When I woke up we were in the forest. I was liying down looking at a beautiful scene. Sid's face. He looked worried. He stroked my cheek with the back of his hand. My head was on his lap and Takumi was sitting on the other side of Sid looking at the stars. The stars.

The stars.

I shot up,"Sid we need to get you back home!!" I exclaimed. He jumped where as Takumi just looked slowly from the sky to me. "So you're up?" He mumbled lazily. I stood and tried unsuccesfully to pull Sid to a standing position. "Please calm down. Please." Sid smiled sweetly. I did and stood there looking down at them both. "Today's been a long day" I said. Sid stood and so did Takumi. We were all ready to go but I was to worried for Sid. We were late. He was going to get it.

Sid knew I was worried so he told me,"Today will be last day. Im going to stand up to him. No more. Never again." I frowned, "Sid..you're going to..f-fight back?" He looked at me and answered,"No. Not with fists. With words." I looked up to him. Takumi did too. But in a diffrenet way. He litterally looked up to him. Like a younger brother to an older brother. "Okay" I finally said,"Be carefull..." I went to him and gave him a hug. A huge hug. When I was done Takumi walked up to him and they fist bumped. I rolled my eyes. With one last look we turned to go back home.
