Emily's P.O.V

"EM!", Rebecca called whilst jogging up the stairs, "Do us a favour will you, love?".

"Sure, what is it?" I replied happily, I'm in a good mood, don't ask me why, I don't even know myself!

"Just pop to the bakery for us, my legs are killing and I thought I'd get some treats for you and the girls!".

"Well you aren't exactly getting them are you" I joked sarcastically, having to wink at Rebecca as she doesn't understand sarcasm and looked dreadfully hurt, "I'm only joking Bex!", I saved myself.

"You know the way right? I know Holmes Chapel is new to you, must be hard, eh? You're a clever one though, you are,  you'll get there!".

"Yes Becky, of course I know the way, we've been here for two months" I declare, collecting my coat and tying the laces of my converse "See ya!"

"See ya!" Rebecca echos.

10 minutes later

I paced into the Bakery and gazed around. I walked up to the counter to find a boy whose name tag read Harry.

"Hey!" I exclaimed joyfully.

"What you want?" Harry grunted.

"Erm 4 slices of chocolate cake please" I responded to the rude boy.

"Wrapped up?"

"Please"

Harry seemed to be taking a long time, I wondered how long it would take... ages. I peeked over to the counter to see what Harry was doing; he was writing something down, I inquired it was probably the order but they don't normally do that at the bakeries I went to... with mum... with dad.

"Oy", Harry woke me up from my sudden daydream "Do you want it or not?", he was offering me the cakes.

I snatched them from him, what an idiot. As soon as I had stepped outside I read what Harry had penned: '075807695602 text or call me x'. Well he didn't show that affection in the bakery I thought, what a prick.
