When Monday finally came they went back to court to hear the judges ruling. The judge ruled in favor of Mrs. H and the kids. The judge said u r to remain in the home and Mr. H must move out immediately and pay spousal and child support and must not come any where near them. They all cheered. Mr. H had an angry look but, he agreed and got a condo downtown Toronto . They were all happy for the motion. Mrs.H was happy it went their way.
