Chapter 3: Can you not?

What! Oh. My. God.....I had nothing to say but stare at Jane in shock. She was pregnant. That's why she didn't go on her first day of College.

"How?" I finally managed to say.

"Remember last month on my birthday?" she spoke looking down.

"Oh my god no.....not gas station boy," I said sadly.

"Sadly...yes. But that's not even the worse part. Im with Zack!"

"What!" Okay now I know guys are like. Who's Zack? Zack is my cousin/best friend. Jane, Zack, and I would hangout at my house all the time in high school. I can't believe they finally started dating, after 6 years.

"Yeah, we've been a thing for 3 weeks now. I didn't tell you because I know how you are," Jane says while giggling then sighing afterwards.

"Jane, you need to tell him." I've known my cousin Zack better than he knows himself. If you lie to him. You lose him unless you do something to gain his trust again, which is hard.

"I know, I'm just waiting for the right time. And now is not the perfect time."

I take a deep breath and sigh. Jane was pregnant before, but she got an abortion before her mom and the guy found out.

"Okay, just letting you know. You'd better tell him soon," I said knowing soon is gonna be forever.

As I walk home from Jane's house, I look up at the sky. Cloudy and beautiful. Just the way I like it. I kept walking but came to stop when I saw my next door neighbors moving. Oh no.....I really hope they didn't get evicted.

"Hey Mimella!" My neighbor Jake said to me.

I walked up to him and smiled. Just letting you guys know. Jake my neighbor is really nice. He is a pre-school teacher. He was my teacher when I was a little girl, but lately he has been telling me that they might get evicted. I don't know how, but I hope they have somewhere to stay if they were.

"Hello Mr. Anderson. You guys are moving?" I said questioning him.

"Sadly yes, but don't worry. We aren't getting evicted. We just found a new place. We wanted a change, you know?"

"Yeah. Well I wish you guys the best of luck in your new home!"

"Aww Mimella you're too sweet, thank you for helping out with me and my family. I'm sure Isabella will miss you."

"Oh no. I forgot about her. Oh lord I am totally gonna miss those big brown eyes she have. She is so adorable. Anyway I have to head in. My mom forgot to pick me up again," I said disappointingly.

"Well I hope she won't forget next time."

"Me to," I said. Then I walked towards my house and gave Jake a small wave goodbye. I walked in and heard the tv loud as ever while Mikey Mouse was playing.

I walked in the living room and was greeted by my mom, older brother José and my younger brother I call devil. But his real name is Connor. "Hey, did you make dinner mom?" I didn't say nothing about picking me up because I knew my mom was busy with school work and other important things than picking me up.

"Yeah, did you here that we have new neighbors?"

I looked at her puzzled "No. All I knew was that Jake and Angie are moving."

"Oh okay."

I ate and the walked to my room. I got on my phone for a while and texted Jane and Zack. For those people out there that be like 'DID YOU TELL ZACK' like can you not? -_-
No I didn't tell Zack. Jane needs to man up, even tho she is about to be a mother, and tell him.

I decided to do my homework at 10:43. I finished up and was done at 11:28. I checked my messages and saw an unknown text message from someone. Oh my.

Unknown: Hey.

Me: Who are you?

Unknown: lol did u forget its me Mike.

Me: oh lol

I saved mikes number and renamed unknown to Mikey
Oh my gosh I do way to much. Anyway after that me and him just texted for a while until I got sleepy.

Me: Im sleepy

Mikey: oh. Then go to bed sleepy head

Me: I don't want to.

Mikey: lol just go we will talk tomorrow loser xD

Me: fineeeee

Mikey: lol goodnight

And that was the last text I read before drifting off to sleep thinking about Mike...

Oml guys I'm sorry I have updated in a while. I was busy lol. Anyway I start trying to make a chapter once a week. I also didn't update because I didn't have no spark for this book at that time I was like ehhhh. Yeah xDD any way thank you so much for reading!!!
