#HOPERAIWEEK2017 DAY 2: FIREWORK TITLE: NO REGRETS (Too short)
As soon as Hope and Lightning reunited, both of them always hanging out together. Even though Hope is a researcher, he didn't mind spending his time just to spend time with his partner of the life time, with the most important person after his parents. And he might have a feelings for Lightning, since she's the only one who he's been focus on after Lightning lost incident.
For Lightning, its not like she can't hang out with others but she just dont want to disturb them, even though all of them finally reunited at once. Since everyone has their own pair like Snow and Serah, Fang and Vanille, Sazh and Dajh with Chocolina, Noel and Yeul. Lightning didn't mind being paired up with Hope since both of them always stick together during their journey as a L'cie and their last 13 days together at the Ark.
Only this time, Hope is an adult. Lightning feeling kinda weird when she's around 27 years old Hope. To Lightning, its like she met a new person, Hope is more mature than before that what makes her feel uncomfortable but soon that uncomfortable feeling lost when she saw that Hope still have that 14 years old awkward atitude.
Lightning was wondering if there's is someone in Hope's mind despite that he didn't mind spending time with her. After all he is the Hope Estheim, every girl would die just to talk to him. But still, Lightning thought that maybe Hope haven't found that right person yet. But this thing keeps bothering her when Fang teased her with Hope during their recent girls meeting.
"So how was Hope in bed??"
"What the hell Fang!"
"Don't tell me that he haven't make the first move"
"Fang, what are you talking about"
"Oh well this took longer than i thought"
"What are you trying to said?"
"Believe me sunshine, one day, when he get his chance, he will do anything that his been holding after all this time"
"You are making non sense Fang.. I believe that he just thought me as his best friend.
Right???
That's what keeps bothering her until she got a text from Hope. Hope texted her that he wanted to watch the firework with her this saturday.

Hope and Lightning are now watching the firework at the rooftop of the hotel that near to a fun fair.
LIGHTNING: Just like the old time
HOPE: And why now I felt old.
LIGHTNING: Cause we've been living for centuries, wasting our life just to make everything right for the old world but its just a waste anyway.
HOPE: Well... I don't regret sacrificing my 1000 and plus years just to see you again.
Lightning turned her head right to look at her partner who was already looking at her. And now she finally understand what "chance" that Fang was talking about.
Few seconds later they both smiled at each other than Hope took this opportunity pulling Lightning to his then he slid both of his arms to wrapped her waist around it. Lightning was shock for a second and decided to snap out of it with sliding both of her hands between Hope's neck.
