I'll do Heart next.
Ya see, Heart, she wasn't a big talker. The three of us didn't officially meet until a couple of days after this small interaction.
I was walking around campus, thinking about how I was supposed to continue life. Pretty dark thinking for a seven year old, but I had, um... Problems. I saw a girl sitting on the stairs, reading a book. Nobody ever does that. I looked around. Kids were playing tag, jump rope, hand ball. I turned back to her, confused. She continued reading. I don't go to this side of the school, this is the big kids building.
I walked toward her. She didn't see me, I was standing in front of the girl with the dark brown hair. She had her hair in a very, very, messy high ponytail. Her hair was short and super straight. I saw her slowly look up at me, she looked startled. "Why are you readin'? Don'tcha got friends?" I asked, my arms crossed. "I-I... Well, um... Uh, I-I d-" She seemed to be at a loss for words. I shook my head and scoffed. "Imma guess that you ain't got any friends. Right?" She gulped and nodded. I nodded as well. Now it made sense. I stared at her face. She's got pale skin, and dark bags under her eyes. As if she hadn't slept and then did sleep. But with black make up on and got raccoon eyes. My cheeks warmed. Her blue eyes gazed at me. "W-well... Uh..." I sniffed. "E-enjoy your, uh... Book." I swiftly walked away. I turned my head slightly to see her still looking at me. I could tell she was confused. I softly gasped, and kept going.
