The meeting

Chapter 11

"Lana, you should go back to your hotel and get some rest, this is not okay!" I say. "I-I'm fine, and your friend, Josh right? He needs to hang out with the c-cast and meet everyone and-" Lana stutters. I stop her from talking and worrying more "No! No Lana. You should sometimes stop worrying about others and worry about yourself for once".

Tears slowly start to pour over Lana's cheeks "I-I, but y-your friend, I p-promised Josh, he deserves, and he, and why? WHY? WHY DID HE DO THIS TO ME JAMY?!"

I stared at Lana and was not able to speak "I, S-sean, I-I, well-" a small drop of a tear rolls down my face "I-I'm sorry L-Lana, this shouldn't have happened to you. You don't deserve what he did to you".

I touch Lana's face gently and slowly wipe away the tears on her face "it's going to be okay, he's gone now, you're safe, with... me". Lana whimpers and hugs me tightly, while again resting her face on my lap. "It really is going to be okay Lana, alright?" I ask her.

Lana nods and looks me into my eyes. I come closer and kiss her beautiful, soft lips deeply.

"You know what Jamy?!" Lana said "Josh is going to meet the cast and so are you! Sean doesn't deserve it to see me feel defeated, because it'll only give him more strength to continue doing whatever he's trying to do."

"A-are you sure? You don't have to! Josh will understand and so do I!" I say. Lana nods "Yes, I'm sure".

"You know Lana, there has been this thing I've been constantly thinking about" I say. Lana looks up "what is it?"

"Why do you like me so much? You could get any guy or girl you want, but you chose me, so.. quickly.." I say. Lana's eyes look slightly shocked and it seems like her eyes are filling up with tears again. "I-I don't know?" she said questioning. I bite my lip "you really don't or..?" I ask. "Well, since I broke up with Fred, I've been very lonely and I don't know why, but when you asked for the picture, I felt a certain attraction to you and wanted to get to know you better. So I invited you over to my hotelroom and you know, stuff happened and somehow it felt like, love at first sight. And I knew that if I didn't ask for your attention back then, I would've probably never been able to talk to nor see you ever again" Lana says. "I know it sounds stupid and I'm stu-". I crash my lips onto hers, cutting of her sentence "please don't say that you're stupid ever again. Never!" I say. Then I give Lana a quick peck on her lips.

"W-why have you actually been, uhm, so sweet and caring about me?" Lana asks. I smile "because whenever I saw a video, picture, tweet, post or whatever about or from you, I felt happy and you actually helped me beat my depression. You are also the reason I quit having suicidal thoughts, because I felt like I had a reason to live.". Lana's jaw dropped "but, how? I'm nothing special." I chuckle "to me you are very special and you mean the world to me" I say. I kissed Lana's forehead and held her tightly "I just think you are the most beautiful, sweet, caring and adorable woman existing on earth!". Lana blushes and smiles softly.

"The convention ends in 20 minutes, after that you guys can meet up with the cast, if you'd like to ofcourse?" I nod "Yes, but we need to get Josh here as soon as possible now. Let me text him real quick, alright?" I ask. "Yes, definitely do so!" Lana says.

I grab my phone from out of my pocket and open text messages > Josh

Jamy: Hey Josh! ♡ Lana and I are waiting for you backstage, she arranged that we can meet the cast in 15 minutes after the convention ends! Jamy x :)

Josh: Hey gal, will see ya there x

Jamy: Great! Will meet you up at the side of the stage again! Love, Jamy x :)

"I'm meeting up with Josh now at the stage, will you make sure we will be able to get back in?" I ask Lana. She nods "Yes, I will. Now hurry, otherwise Josh will be waiting!" Lana says winking at me.

I make my way through the hall and arrive at the stage where I see Josh walking up to already. He walks up to me "hey! Oh my god! Are we going to meet the cast? I'm so excited!" He yells out of excitement. I nod and chuckle "Yeah! Let's get back in!" I say. We walk backstage and somehow there were no security guards standing there.

We enter Lana's room and see her sitting on the couch. "Hey! Welcome back Josh!" she says. I sit down next to her and Josh sits down on my right. Lana's hand slides down my leg, again, but this time the other way. She leaves it resting on my inner thigh. She smirks slightly and bites down on her lip. "So, uhm, what's the plan?" Josh asks. Lana smiles "The cast and I are having a dinner and I'm inviting you two over to join us! In a short 5 minutes everyone is finished and we're meeting outside backstage to head to a restaurant". Lana shivers and I could feel her pain. She is seeing Sean ofcourse, but I will protect her from him.
