   "Gage! Hurry up, we're gonna miss the show!"
   "I know, I know! Geez Diamond..."

   Snow fell gently, covering the outside of New York City like a blanket, as two teenagers around the age of sixteen to eighteen were running out of their houses to see some 'show'. It was the year 3015, and the world evolved so much, reviving extinct animals, even dinosaurs, created magic, and more advanced technology. In this era, it basically brought every time period together. The two teens were Gage and Diamond Athen, siblings. Gage was seventeen and his sister, Diamond was sixteen. They both were Mages, so they could use magic, but also was taught to use weapons. Their family was a more, high-class rank, compared to the other families in the area.

   Winter rolled in quickly, and the children in the neighborhoods were playing outside, the adults watched them, or were inside by the fire relaxing. Diamond looked at all the kids with a beautiful, bright smile, "I miss having fun like that..." Her brother chortled, before picking up some snow without her noticing.

    "You make it seem like you can't Sis."

    "Well, all we do is get stupid lesso- EEPP!" The mint green haired sibling squeaked in surprise, when Gage threw a snowball at her face. He laughed, before running away having Diamond smile and chase after him, laughing and having fun. Something she hasn't had in such a long time. The two haven't noticed that they've spent at least an entire hour chasing each other and chucking snowballs. Gage checked his phone and groaned.

"We already missed thirty minutes of the show!" Both mentally face-palmed, only to start running towards a tower that shadowed over many homes of others. That was the K.B.A Tower, ran by three people named Kadin, Blithe, and Arron. Rumors were said that were that they were the worst people, and the best people. Diamond and Gage couldn't help but think, what kind of people they really are, and it bugged them to no end. Once the two were at the doors, there was a, surprisingly, short line, since every show these people host are very popular. However, they didn't mind, the wait was only five minutes, they got there tickets. The tower had a giant arena under the building, and the two went to their seats, which were right in the front, and Diamond couldn't keep her excitement in any more and squealed. "I can't believe it!!! THE KBA TOWER'S ARENA!!! GAGE WE ARE SO LUCKY!!!"

    Diamond's older brother sat down, and smiled at his energetic little sister. "Calm down Sis, sit down too. People are looking." She grinned and sat down, hearing a voice through many speakers around the giant arena.

The next show is about to start. Please take your seats and be prepared for the next candidate, of this year's Sage Blitz Event!

The audience roared to life with excitement, cheering, clapping, and even screaming for the once-a-year show. Everyone started to calm down, and fall silent when they had seen a girl with lavender colored hair and brown eyes. She walked in through a gate in the arena, as she waved and smiled confidently, "I am Blaine Tyrant, and I am this year's Sage Blitz Candidate!"

     Diamond stared in awe, just like her brother. The voice from the speakers came back.

    Let the event begin!
