The boy sat at the back of the bus, on the far left side, his head leaning slightly against the window. His face was hidden by the shadow from his black cap, and although it couldn't be seen, his stare was fixed unwaveringly on the two people sitting a few seats in front of him.

The pretty girl and the doll boy. Though they were not his direct targets, they had unknowingly played a very important role in the schemes they knew nothing about. The girl was smart and had self-assurance in the love she received from others. That's why the boy didn't choose her. She was too secure, and she knew better than to believe persuasive words. Only a broken person would work for the plans the boy had.

Nonetheless, Eunji and her porcelain boyfriend were instrumental in the completion of his next step—he needed something and they were about to lead him right to it.

As the bus rode on, the boy could tell that the girl's initial thrill at having successfully escaped had faded. Anxiety crept in, making her stomach churn, and she swore someone had followed her. She turned around several times, casting a nervous look over the back of the bus, but her gaze never found the boy in the corner.

For extra measures, he'd made himself invisible only to the doll and the girl, but he knew that Eunji wouldn't have recognized him even if she could see him. He could change his face as many times as he wanted.

Hah. If Donghyun could see him now...he'd see who the real genius was. The boy was powerful. He could do anything and be anything he wanted. Except a human. He had abandoned humanity long ago... He was definitely greater than Donghyun now, and it would only be a matter of time before Donghyun realized it too.

"Kwangmin, are you sure no one followed us?" Eunji asked the doll.

The boy watching couldn't help but grin. She was smart, she could sense things.

Kwangmin laughed. "Why would someone follow us, Eunji? You've got to stop worrying. No one cares that we left school, and we'll probably be back in time without having to miss any classes."

"It better not take more than two hours. You're lucky we don't have a class right after lunch, but we do at 2:30."

"I know, just don't worry..."

The bus went on for another ten minutes or so, and then it stopped in a residential part of town. The boy sat up a bit straighter, knowing they were getting closer.

When it finally pulled into a quiet neighborhood and then slowly rolled up to a stop in front of the big brick house, Eunji and her sidekick got off the bus, and the boy quietly followed behind them.

There was a tall hedge along the edge of Donghyun's front yard, and the boy hid himself behind it while Eunji and Kwangmin ran up the steps and started fiddling with the door.

He was so excited he could barely stand it... But no, he'd have to remain calm before his cover was blown. Eunji was already suspicious by nature, and she had sensed his presence though not being able to see him. He'd have to be very careful...

Once Eunji and the porcelain boy were inside the house and the sound of the door slamming reached the boy's ears, he stepped out from his hiding place and tiptoed over to the mailbox. He slipped something small inside it, and then stepped back and gazed up at the huge house.

So this is where that disloyal traitor ended up living, is it? It's obvious he got rich from ideas that were never his, from talent he should've never ended up with...

The boy felt his anger boil up inside of him. He needed to get his mind off of it... There was still so much to do...

With one last disgusted look at Donghyun's home, the boy turned around and set off down the road, quickening his walk with each step. There wasn't a single thing he hated more than Kim Donghyun, and being near his house was downright infuriating.

The only thing that kept him sane was the realization that things were different now. He'd changed. And he was really going to make Donghyun regret everything he'd done. It was only a matter of time...
