"The Invincible 5"

"No"

"The Unstoppable"

"No"

"Would both of you shut up!", Blondie hisses at Blake and Daniels argument about our group name. Honestly it made no sense to me why we needed one. Blake wasn't taking this mission serious. But then again, what does he ever take serious? If Blake wasn't good on the field, he would most likely be fired by now. Their bickering was getting kind of annoying if you ask me. After knowing all the skills of my team, I was deciding the main plan, the battle strategy.

"Oh oh I know I know, The Danger Squad!", Blake cheered happily as if he had won the lottery. "More like the Suicide Squad", Cameron suggested while I smacked him on the head. "Geez, don't you just have too much faith in us", I remarked sarcastically.
"It's not my fault I'm honest", he casually shrugged. I rolled my eyes at him. "Focus Please!", it was more of a command from me than a request.

"While you idiots were bickering, I made some of my own contribution. My source tells me the Alpha is invited to an annual ball at the Midnight pack, which is to start in exactly two days and four hours", Roe revealed slamming her phone on the organizing board. Cameron's eye found the clock while Blake and Daniel shut their mouths. James sighed, probably glad we had gotten somewhere with this case.

Eyebrows raised, I looked blondie in the eye, "And who exactly is this source of yours darling?" The proud expression on her face vanished, or should I say got 'replaced' with a scowl. "And it matters to you why darling?", she hissed back.

A laugh left my lips. "So Blake isn't the dumbest one. Unbelievable isn't it?" She grinded her teeth at my mocking expression and her reply was cut off as I started again, "This is a secret mission, I need to know if I can trust your source or not. Hell there shouldn't even be 'sources' knowing about any of this."

She shut her mouth grinding those teeth again. I almost felt sorry for her when Blake remarked how blondes are dumb. Keyword 'almost'. James stepped in, trying to save his girlfriend from further humiliation. "He's a trusted source. I give you my word Karla."

I laughed again, with more venom than last time. "What exactly makes you think I trust your word? I've learnt never to make the same mistake twice James."

Cameron decided for the perfect time to open his very perfect mouth. "Karla as much as I'd like to see you kick someone's ass, I think us being 52 hours away from an alpha's assasination isn't the right time." Daniel nodded and looked at me. Blake shut his mouth and looked at the organizing board. Blondie and James met my eyes, no challenge in them.

I sighed and started moving the pawns and flags on the board creating a sequence of action and authourity. Marking positions and targets. As I completed my piece of art, my team drew confused eyes towards it. Cameron though actually understood and smiled as I turned my back.

"Wait wait. Why are there like five blue pawns at different places, very far from eachother. Isn't a team supposed to be represented umm.. together?", Daniel inquired.

"And these red dots surrounding each blue ones are enemies? I mean red is for that,  I've played too much COD to figure as much", Blake gave his very obvious opinion.

I smiled. Still having my back to the table I replied, "See we ought to follow a very primitive yet successful strategy here". Cameron getting the hint joined in, reviewing the whole plan with one word "Divide"

Turning back, I slammed my pocket knife directly into the main red target dot. Still smiling, I completed Cameron's words.

"And Conquer".
