As you twirl the straw between your fingers, you boredly look across the room. You roll your eyes when you see someone get up on the stage. 'Oh, great. Probably another drunk again.' You think.
The music kicks on and you immediately recognize the song. C'mon by Panic! at the Disco. You smile slightly to yourself, knowing that you're going to laugh at their drunken slurs.
But when the man starts singing, you immediately take it back.
"Its getting late,
and I
Cannot seem to find my way home,
tonight
Feels like I am falling down a
rabbit hole
Falling for forever
Wonderfully wondering alone."
He had a beautiful voice and he sang the notes perfectly.
"What would my head be like
If not for my shoulders or
Without your smile,
May it follow you forever
May it never leave you
To sleep in the stone
May we stay lost on our way home."
You hadn't even looked up from your (fav. Flavor) milkshake to look at the man. You look up and see him.
Oh, wow.
He was almost as perfect as his voice. His auburn (?) Hair was styled perfectly and his beautiful hazel eyes barely hidden by it. You swooned and continued listening.
"C'mon, c'mon
With everything
Falling down around me
I'd like to believe
In all the possibilities
C'mon, c'mon
With everything
Falling down around me
I'd like to believe
In all the possibilities."
**Time Skip Because the Writer is too Lazy to Write the Rest of the Lyrics**
The man finally finished the song and you clapped.
'I swear the guy would look at me from time to time and smile.' You think. You smile at the thought and call a waitress over to your table, ordering a vanilla milkshake for the man.
The waitress gives it to him and points over to you. The man looks up at you and smiles. You smile back and to your surprise, he starts walking over.
He makes it to your table and asks if he could sit down. You gladly let him and he, well, sits down.
"Thank you for this milkshake. Its delicious!" The man thanks you.
You smile and shrug. "Oh, no problem. You did a really good job up there. That was one of my favorite songs." You explain, happily.
He chuckles. "Well, my name is Thomas. Thomas Sanders. And you are?"
"(Y/n)." You extend your hand towards him and he shakes it.
"Nice to meet you. I'm glad you enjoyed my show. I like that song, too." Thomas smiles.
"You're really talented, did you take classes?" You ask.
"Yep! I took classes, practiced theater, all that good stuff." He explains, taking a sip of his milkshake.
You and Thomas continue talking for the rest of the night. By the time you look at your clock it was already 9:47. Thomas walked you to your car.
"Thank you for the milkshake, again. And for talking to me, all of my friends had left." He says.
You smile. "Oh, it was no problem. Thank you for giving me that wonderful show." You hand him a napkin with your number on it.
"Call me. We should meet up again." You chuckle.
"Oh, yeah. Of course." Thomas takes the napkin and puts it in his pocket.
He looks down at you, smiling in an unusual way. He looks into your eyes and brings his face closer to yours. You catch on and close the gap between your lips.
Thomas smiles into the kiss and wraps his arms around your waist, deepening it. You wrap your arms around his neck and moan slightly.
You, unfortunately break apart for air and smile at each other.
"Or... You could come to my house." You shrug.
Thomas laughs and nods. You both get into your little car and drive to your house, awaiting the adventure that would happen for the rest of the night.
(Oh, goodness. Talk about pulling an all nighter. Okay, I'll stop with the horrendous jokes. I hope you guys enjoy. It was a quick one but I think it turned out pretty well, right? Anyways, I will update again soon, maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day, I don't know. We'll see.
See ya in the next chapter.
Pace!)
