🙏 Ding, ding, ding! Educational series are back.
  Today i thought why not talk about stress because now a days its common everywhere.So let's start, shall we?!

" Stress is a word also known as tension, depression, anxiety,
nervousness and restlessness."

Stress can effect our mind,emotions and behavior deeply. Stress can occur due to many reasons, some of them are listed below:

- Loss in business.
- Exams.
- Over working.
- Social factors.
- Domestic factors such as family conflicts etc.
- Survival factor such as job.

Every person has it's own way to deal with stress. Dealing with stress can be really hard for some ones who take it really seriously. A person in stress can do many things he shouldn't be doing. Some of the things that a person does are below:

- Shout.
- Hurt someone or oneself physically.
- Hurt someones feelings.
- Cry for several hours.
- Can be really angry.
- Lock himself in a room(etc).

Where as on the other hand a person going through stress can make him or her feel easy by following the steps written below:

- Indulge oneself in hobbies he or she likes.
- Go out and breathe fresh air to feel relieved.
- Watch television.
- Go and get a nap.
- Offer prayer or recite QURAN( which i personally think is the bestest way for a quick stress relieve).
- Read some interesting story books(etc).

Stress can sometimes really upset or bother you but you can always remeber that when ALLAH provides us with some situations that give you stress then HE surely gives us the solution or the right path to deal with it. Don't just give up in tiny  Stress situations but instead deal with it and prove yourself that you are brave enough to handle such things.
