Making Cookies........fail

2 weeks later

Aphmau

After I woke up, I snuck downstairs into the kitchen. I wanna make cookies. I grabbed flour, eggs, a bowl, sugar, a whisk, and everything else to make these things.

I open the flour and start to pour, "Aphmau!" I heard someone yell from behind me. I jumped, making all of the flour go on to the floor, counters, and well me.

"Gene, I swear to Irene!" I yell as I throw my hands up in frustration, not even bothering to turn around.

When I finally do turn around Gene looks like he was sorry, did I believe it? Yeah, for a moment, and then I realized that it's Gene I'm talking about. "Gene this is the 3rd time in the last two weeks" I try to say calmly but fails from the hint of annoyance.

Gene find it funny to yell behind me while I'm doing something and then I jump. I mean, just last week I was reading the mail in the yard and Gene scared me, making the papers go everywhere. I get mad at him for an hour or two and then I can't help it, I mean he lives with me so it's Kinda hard to be mad at him. But, I always make him pick the mess up, so that's a plus.

"Gene, you know the drill" I smirk and softly flick his ear. Gene groans, upset, and then whines. "Kitten, I'm sorry, I forgot."

"Nope" I turn away and smile. I really do love Gene, I used to hate him with everything I owned.

After about an hour Gene got done and wanted to cuddle, him smelling like flour, I denied.

"Take a shower and I'll think about it"

"You're so difficult, kitten!" He whines again.

"Then were not cuddling at all today" I say back with sass. Gene crossed his arms over his chest and huffed. He stomped up the stairs like a child and got into the shower, yelling from in there to get my attention.

I went over to the boy's house and Laurence and I talked because we were the only ones there and then came back home.

"I'm done, now can we cuddle Aphmau" Gene obviously was playfully annoyed.

I thought for a moment, do I really want to be this boring and let it happen or keep him chasing for it?

I'm sooooooo sorry, I was working on some other books I really like. I always forget about this one because I don't work on it too much.

I promise I'll try and give a decent chapter every so often.

Remind me and give me suggestions on what I should do in the book.
