chapter 3:You're not alone

"Umm..............Sasuke are you the one who helped me cause if you are then thank you.But I don't really like the idea of my clothes being taken off." Hinata blushed and bit her lip softly.
"I had to.your injuries were life threatening and I had to save you,I couldn't just leave you there."
"But still-"before she could finish her sentence Sasuke cut her off ".... And besides,you look beautiful so you shouldn't be ashamed" Sasuke said with a light smile. Hinata's eyes widened because she didn't expect Sasuke uchiha to say something like that.

Hinata's injuries were still bad so Sasuke ordered her to go back to sleep and so she listened.The next morning Hinata woke up and saw Sasuke in the river near where she was resting.Sasuke was trying to catch fish to eat.He managed to catch two fish and so he brought it back to the fire place and started the fire to roast the fish.They remained silent while the fish was roasting........Sasuke set near the fire watching the fish get cooked and Hinata watched Sasuke and saw how much he had changed since the last time she saw him,and she thought about how happy naruto must have been to have finally brought his friend back.just as she thought about naruto,she had a slight headache and so she closed her eyes tight because of the pain.

Sasuke looked back at her to see if she was fine.
"Hey!you ok?
Hinata got a hold of herself and said,"yeah I'm fine."
Sasuke got suspicious but decided not to say anything. Sasuke then handed her the fish and she accepted it. Sasuke Sat by her side the whole time. As Hinata began eating the fish she thought about how naruto loved ramen. All of a sudden her headache started again and it was getting worse by the minute. Hinata was yelling in pain as she held her head with her hands and dropped the fish to the ground. Sasuke put his hand gently on her back and asked her what was wrong but she was in too much pain to answer. "What's going on here?" Sasuke thought to himself,"her injuries can in no way give her a headache like this. The wound on her head didn't affect her brain in any way. so how is she feeling so much pain?"

Hinata was in so much pain,tears started pouring down her eyes and onto the ground. Sasuke didn't know what to do and he didn't know what caused such a headache,she didn't tell him what happened to her either so there was nothing he could do. he felt helpless.Just a moment later, Hinata calmed down and her headache stopped.

"Hey,Hinata! You ok?
" I'm sorry sasuke, I-"
"It's ok, don't apologize,you did nothing wrong. Here!" He handed her his fish so she could eat.Hinata felt like a burden toward the people around her and now even Sasuke.Hinata had tears pouring down her face and Sasuke could easily guess why.she was sitting with her knees against her face. It was getting cold so Sasuke covered Hinata with his cloak and he told her she could keep it.

"Hinata......please tell me what's wrong. I only want to help you."
"I don't know what's wrong. I've been getting really bad headaches ever since my birthday. And I don't know why but it seems they come whenever I think of naruto."
Sasuke didn't understand what was going on but he knew she needed help.

The sun was setting and Hinata was feeling sleepy.Hinata's body was feeling sore, she couldn't sleep on the ground again,so Sasuke let her lean against him as he leaned against a tree so she wouldn't feel uncomfortable. She fell asleep leaning against him.Hinata felt more comfortable than before.she didn't feel like waking up. Sasuke had no problem with her leaning on him. It got more cold by the minute and Hinata started shivering,so Sasuke rapped his arms around her to keep her warm. Sasuke also fell asleep.

2 hours later.........

"Hey hinata what's up?"
"N...Naruto!"
"Hm....Is something wrong Hinata?"
Hinata's head starts paining as naruto keeps on walking toward her.
"No! Go away! Please!
Hinata's now feels like she's in a genjutsu of no escape. Like she was falling in a deep pit and no one could save her.
She was experiencing a lot of fear. At one point Hinata saw a crow flying by.
" Hinata!Hinata!Hinata!........"
Someone kept calling her name over and over.
"Hinata listen to me you are not alone. I'm here with you and I'm not leaving any time soon so don't give up so easily. Take my hand!" Hinata sees a hand stretching out to reach her and so she grabs a hold of the hand and he pulls her out.

"Sasuke?" Hinata saw Sasuke panting and trying to catch his breath.
"I figured so.........your headaches were never ordinary headaches,it was actually a genjutsu curse someone cast on you. Luckily I had my sharingan to pull you out.....I'm so glad you're ok."
