Prologue : Alice's POV

My parents were loving ones. They treated me kindly, bought me ice cream when I fell off my bike and scrapped my knee, let me have as many sleepovers as I wanted, and didn't get into my business like many parents do... at least that's what I've been told.
And if they hadn't been driving to go see my grandparents, they wouldn't have been caught in the storm that make the roads slippery, that caused my parents car to loose control, and go over a cliff.
Many think that it's poor Alice but I don't want to be seen as some poor child that can't do anything for herself. I'm was sixteen years old, I shouldn't have been seen as some poor child that needs to be taken care of all the time. I did just fine all by myself.
Luckily, if anything good could come from this, it's that my grandparents lived near the pack house so I could stay in the pack house and not have to move away.
Now you may think, well if your grandparents lived so close why did your parents drive to go see them? That's a good question, when I said they lived close I meant that they live about an hour away, that was much closer then the mall or grocery store.
It's been a rough couple of days but I'm holding up to the best of my ability.
I was looking in my mirror in my room when everything went down. I heard the door being knocked on and I knew it was the alpha. I opened the door and bowed to him. He said he had to show me something so I followed him downstairs to the basement, where all the omegas were held. This is where he told me I was an orphan, yes I had grandparents but no parents. In this pack, if you have no parents, you became a omega, I knew the rules so I wasn't shocked. But what I was shocked about was how the Blue Moon Pack treats there omegas.
Let's just say that it's not the best way to treat human beings...well werewolf beings.

Sorry this is such a short introduction but I promise the rest of the story will have longer chapters and be in present tense. Point of view will change every once in a while and will be written in the title who is talking first and if it changes in the chapter there will be something that looks like this =>

Of course a name will be filled in but just so people know what to look for. I will also put an emoji if I can find one that goes along with how the characters are feeling throughout the chapter. And if I leave one blank and you know of an emoji that goes along. Put it in as a comment (I will put a period or something on the line if I can't find an emoji) or comment if you have a better emoji then I found.
