Part 4)

The hugged seem to last for ever, but that is exactly what both of them wanted. They didn't want to end the moment.
Bucky wanted answers but at the same time he didn't. The answers might just cause him more pain that he was willing to accept.
"Buck.." Steve's voice said after a moment,  finally breaking the silence that had engulfed them both.

"Please. Not yet. Just a little longer..Please." Bucky said in a soft voice not wanting to let go of Steve, not now
Or ever again.
He couldn't lose Steve again, he had done that once and he wasn't willing to let it happen again.
"James, I don't have much time. I have to go soon..." Steve said in a Serious tone of voice, but you could tell there was sadness in his eyes.
Hearing his first name made Bucky flinch a little, as Steve never used his real name at all.
"I don't understand Steve, what happened to you? Why are you suddenly with Hydra?
None of it makes any sense!" Bucky yelled out at Steve now pulling away from him as well.

"Bucky, that why I came here to explain, but also offer you something you so truly desire." Steve said with a smile on his face.
If you thought you knew who Steve was, then everything about his appearance now has shattered any thought about who Steve Rogers really was.

It felt almost Causal the way Steve was acting. He didn't seem to have any remorse for what he had done.
"Explain Rogers." Bucky said in a low growl.
"Bucky, I've always been a Hydra Agent. Ever since I was 5 years old. My mother joined them and I joined with her." Steve said in a cheery voice.

"I never wanted to be this monument everyone thought I was, it was never the plan. But I was told to keep going with it until they thought I had completed my purpose being Captain America."
Steve said now sitting on the bed.

"My true loyalty's have always been with Hydra Buck. And I know how could I have done it all this time with out slipping up.
Well I have slipped up a few times. But no one ever would notice or those that did ended up dead." Steve said softly to himself as he said this he couldn't bring himself to look Bucky in the eye while saying any of it though.

"So, Us. Was it real for you? Any of it?" Bucky said after a moment of silence, his voice full of hurt and his face you could tell he was close to breaking.
"Of course it was! It still is! I have never stopped loving you Bucky! Even when you were the Winter Solider, I Still loved you!" Steve realised his mistake as soon as he said it. He had fucked up big time.

"You knew?! You knew that Hydra was Controlling me? And you didn't think to fucking do anything about it?!" Bucky said clenching his metal hand into a fist.
"I didn't know about it till it was to late Buck.. if I knew earlier I would've stopped them! But I did! I set you free! Everything that has happened with Hydra suddenly coming out of the shadow's 4 years ago wasn't accidental at all.
As soon as I found out about you I threaten them to let you go, but they wouldn't listen.
So I pissed off the former head of Hydra and almost got myself killed by you just so you could be free from Hydra!" Steve said in a desperate voice.

"You have to believe me. I never wanted this for you Bucky. I thought you were dead after you feel from the train. I'm so sorry." Steve said putting his head in his hands.
"I'm so sorry.." Steve said in a choked up voice.

Bucky couldn't bring himself to look at Steve currently, it hurt so god damn much.
"What's the other reason you are here then." Was all Bucky could manage to get out, but he was still refusing to look at Steve.
"But that's why I'm here Buck. Red Skull is alive! And yes I am back with Hydra but it doesn't have to be the old Hydra! We could kill Red Skull and Take over control of Hydra together, that's what I truly want for us James! Think about it! We could make this country, no the world ours! The world would finally be at peace!" Steve said now looking up with a small smile on his face.

"I can't believe you would even think I would want to do that Steve! Have you forgotten what Hydra did to me? Has done to Shield?" Bucky said in utter shock at Steve's words.

"What has Hydra actually done? Hydra has been working behind the scenes to help keep the peace.
Shield think they are the good guys? That's a good joke. What has Shield done? Fury was the one who made the those Airships to keep an eye on everyone. Hydra simply hijacked it.
The Avengers? Only reason it happened was because Loki acted like a child and left his home world and wanted to take something dear to his brother.
The only reason Tony is Iron-Man is because he almost got killed selling his weapons that he made to government.
If he didn't get kidnapped and almost killed that one time I'm sure he would still be that stupid playboy he was or Maybe he would be dead by now.
Oh and let's not forget Ultron, who was created by Tony Stark himself.
Bruce Banner? Could be living peacefully somewhere out of the country.
Shield never rescued anyone. Clint Saved Natasha. I saved you Bucky. I went after you to get you back even after everyone from both sides said not to.
So tell me James, is Hydra really the bad guy here? Or was it actually Shield all along?" Steve said now standing back up again in a rather angry tone of voice.

Bucky stood there gobsmacked. He had no idea how to respond, it was true. Everything he was saying was true.
But at the same time how could it be true.
What about at the start of Shield? So many questions swelled around in a Bucky's head currently.

"The only reason people like Shield see Hydra as the Bad guys is because they can see we are striving for real peace all over the world. We could create real peace! The world just needs a little push!
We could be the push Bucky!" Steve said with a bright smile on his face.
Bucky just felt overwhelmed, first of all Steve was actually Hydra. It wasn't a lie.
Now Steve wants him to join Hydra with him?
"I-I.." Bucky couldn't manage to get words out.
"Take some time to think. I'll be in contact, but don't tell anyone about this okay?" Steve said with a smile before he kissed Bucky's lips as to say goodbye.

But in the confused state Bucky was in he still knew he wanted to be able to kiss Steve even if it was for the last time.
So as Steve began to pull away Bucky pulled Steve back for a proper kiss.
The kiss was so passionate that Steve didn't realise in time that Bucky had pulled out his knife, which came with a automatic panic button once it was pulled out of his side pocket.
"I love you so much." Bucky said with a smile breaking the kiss just for a moment before kissing steve again.
"I love you t--" Steve was cut off by the fact a knife was suddenly in his stomach.
"I'm sorry. But this is the only way." Bucky said softly in Steve's ear.
