Boys Who Just Don't Care

At times I just don't get boys at times. The reason I don't get boys is because in seventh grade I had a major crush on a guy and I asked him out and he said no that he just wanted to be friends and I just acted like I never asked him out and acted like we were just friends all along and he thought that I was going to be mad and not want to be friends and that it was going to be all awkward and he had something kinda like that and I  said just because I asked you out and you said no doesn't mean we can't  be friends and I'm just going to pretend that never happened and we can just be friends.
