Ichigo Kurosaki X Reader

A/N: I am so, so sorry I've been inactive on here for a while and haven't updated any stories in forever. I'll definitely try to be more active on here and ( hopefully ) update more often, aGin, I'm really sorry I haven't updated in a while, but hopefully you all enjoy the story; an IchigoxReader one-shot requested by bbub14 and aGin, the video doesn't have anything to do with th one-shot, but it was funny, and hopefully you all will find it funny, or it'll at least make you smile. Anywho, hope you all enjoy 💜                                               

Third Person's POV

You heard the lunch bell ring, you grabbed your lunch from your bag and went outside to eat. Today was your first day at Karakura High, it had gone pretty good so far, other than the fact it was very boring, and you hadn't made any friends yet, which sucked; but that was about the worst of your day. You sat down on the ground to eat your lunch, you began to grab it from it's bag; when you noticed a pair of feet in front of you. You looked up to see who was standing in front of you. You looked up to see an orange haired girl, she had flower shaped hairpieces in her hair, a bright smile on her face, and grey eyes. You smiled back at her, realizing the two of you shared the same class.

" Hi, I'm Orihime Inoue, " she greeted cheerfully.

" I'm * Y/N * Nakamura, nice to meet you, " you greeted back. She smiled brightly to you.

" It's nice to meet you too, " she said with a smile. " So * y/n *, I wanted to know if you wanted to come eat lunch with my friends and I? " Orihime asked, gesturing over towards her group of friends. You smiled nodding. Orihime waited for you, you stood up, following her over to her group of friends. The two of you walked over to Orihime's friends. You both sat down, and her friends introduced themselves to you. You smiled a little.
" I'm * Y/N * Nakamura, it's a pleasure to meet all of you. " you greeted. You all began to eat your lunches, when an orange haired male passed by, followed by a much shorter, raven haired female, both seeming to be in a hurry. Orihime looked up at the pair as they passed by.
" Do you two need any help Ichigo? " Orihime asked the pair. The raven haired female stopped a moment, turning to face Orihime.
" It's alright Orihime, we'll take care of it, you don't need to come help. " the raven haired female said, giving Orihime a small smile.
" Alright Rukia. " Orihime said, smiling back. Rukia then turned around running off in the same direction that the orange haired male, who you assumed must have been Ichigo, had went. You turned to face Orihime, not sure why the two had been in such a hurry.
" What was that all about? " you asked. Orihime looked at you, seeming to be surprised by you're question. She then smiled sweetly.
" Oh, uh.. it was probably nothing. " she said. You rose a brow, knowing that wasn't the case.
" Alright.. " you said, not wanting to push her for an answer. If Orihime didn't want to tell you about it, maybe it was for a good reason. In any case you weren't going to make her tell you the actual answer.

Timeskip

You had been going to Karakura High for a few weeks now and had made quiet a few friends by this point. You even had a crush on someone, he also happened to be a close friend of yours, Ichigo Kurosaki. You weren't quiet sure how you felt about having a crush on one of your best friends, but you couldn't help how you felt. You were walking home from school when you heard some leaves rustling behind you. You turned around to see if anyone was there, but there was no one.
' That's weird... ' you thought to yourself. You then heard rustling in the leaves again, realizing it was coming from one of the trees.
' Hmm... maybe an animal got stuck in the tree. ' you thought, walking over to the tree to help said animal. You got over to the tree, looking up, to find that the " stuck animal " was no animal, and seemed plenty able to move. You tried to step back from the monster like creature, but instead wound up on your butt, with the monster like creature now only a few feet in front of you.
' What the hell is that thing? ' you questioned. You realized that no one else seemed to be phased by the creature, which meant it had to be some sort of spirit. Now, you had been able to see spirits for a while, but had never seen one like this one before. You scrambled to your feet, but before you could think of doing anything else the monstrous creature grabbed you with it's huge hand.
" Hey! Let me go!! " you shouted at the creature, struggling to get out of it's grips.
" So much Spirit Energy... you'll make a tasty snack! " the creature growled opening it's mouth to consume you.
' Spirit Energy? What's that? ' you wondered, seeing the creature open it's mouth to consume you. You closed your eyes still struggling, expecting the creature to eat you.
" Hey! Let * Y/N * go! " you heard from a familiar voice. You opened your eyes, blushing slightly, seeing Ichigo a foot or two away from the creature that was about to eat you. However he wasn't wearing his school uniform; instead he was wearing a black Kimono, and holding a huge sword in his hand. The creature growled at Ichigo, before laughing.
" A Soul Reaper and a human with a remarkably high amount of Sprit Energy? " the creature said hungrily. Ichigo glared at the creature.
" I said let * him/her * go!! " Ichigo shouted, charging the creature, cutting off it's arm.
" Ah! " you screamed, closing your eyes expecting to hit the ground. You opened your eyes, feeling a pair of arms wrapped around you, looking up to see that, Ichigo had caught you. You blushed deeply.
" You alright * Y/N? " he asked, looking down at you. You nod slightly, blushing even more.
" Y-yeah.. " you stuttered slightly. " Thanks Ichigo. " you said, smiling softly.
" Don't mention it * Y/N * " Ichigo said softly, giving you a small smile.
" ROAARRR!!!! " the creature roared, growling at Ichigo. " Damn you Soul Reaper!! " the creature shouted, lunging at the two of you.
" Ichigo! " you warned, before burying your face in Ichigo's chest, not wanting to see the creature attack.
" Not a chance Hollow!! " you heard Ichigo shout, before hearing a roar from the creature. You pressed your face into Ichigo's chest, not sure what had happened, but not wanting to look and see. Ichigo felt you press your face into his chest blushing slightly.
" It's okay * Y/N * the Hollow's gone now. " Ichigo said softly. You looked up at him blushing.
" Thank you, Ichigo. " you said quietly. Ichigo smiled softly, causing you to smile as well.
" Don't mention it * Y/N *.. I'm sorry I didn't come sooner. " he apologized, setting you down.
" It's okay Ichigo, you came, and you saved me.. If you hadn't came, that Hollow thing would've eaten me. " you explained.
" I know.. but if I had came sooner, the Hollow wouldn't have got you in the first place. " Ichigo argued. You shook your head.
" Ichigo, don't feel bad, you.. you saved my life Ichigo.. so the Hollow got a hold of me, but you still saved me, I can't thank you enough for that Ichigo. " you said, kissing him on the cheek. Ichigo blushed deeply, causing you to blush deeply as well.
" I-it was nothing * Y/N *, " Ichigo stuttered slightly, still blushing like crazy. " besides, I couldn't let that Hollow eat you.. I wouldn't let that Hollow have you. " Ichigo explained. You blushed even more. It was quiet between the two of you a moment. Your arm was a bit sore, but you figured it was from the tight grip the Hollow had on you. You rubbed arm a little, feeling a cut on it.
" Did the Hollow do that to you? " Ichigo asked, noticing the cut on your arm.
" Yeah, but it's fine.. it'll be alright.. " you said, putting your hand over the cut, not wanting Ichigo to worry about it. Ichigo saw the blood on your arm, frowning a bit.
" * Y/N *? Why don't we stop by my place real quick, so I can fix up the cut on your arm, and then I can take you home. " Ichigo suggested.
" Are you sure Ichigo? I don't want to cause you or your family any trouble. " You said. Ichigo nodded.
" Yeah, it's not a problem, come on. " Ichigo said, gesturing for you to come with him. You blushed slightly, following behind Ichigo.

At Ichigo's house

Ichigo explained to you, about Soul Reapers, which was what he was when he had taken out the Hollow. He also explained to you a bit about Hollows too. You and Ichigo got to Ichigo's place, after having went and got Ichigo's body. You both walked in, you noticed Yuzu was in the kitchen cooking dinner.
' Were we gone that long? ' you wondered. You had been over to Ichigo's house a few times, that was how you knew his sisters and his dad. And you weren't worried about coming home late, since you were the only one there for the most part.
" Yuzu, I'm gonna take * Y/N * to get this cut on her arm fixed up. " Ichigo state as the two of you walked in.
" Okay Ichigo. " Yuzu said from in the kitchen, though you could hear the bit of worry in her tone. Ichigo then lead you upstairs to his room, opening his room door.
" Ichigo you're late!! " you heard someone shout. Ichigo sighed.
" Give me a break will ya Kon?! " Ichigo said annoyed. You then looked down at the ground, to see a small stuffed lion standing there. You jumped a little, not expecting that.
" Who are you? " you ask the stuffed lion, who looks up at you.
" Hm? Oh, I'm Kon and I'm a Mod Soul. " the stuffed animal explained.
" A Mod Soul? " you asked curiously. Kon nodded.
" Mhm. " you looked at him curiously.
" * Y/N * why don't you take a seat somewhere while I go get some things to fix up your injury? " Ichigo said, leaving to get what he needed.
" So Kon, what exactly is a Mod Soul? " you asked, sitting down on Ichigo's bed.
" Well, I'm Mod Soul, and Mod Souls are modified souls.. " he began explaining, climbing up on the bed beside you. Kon had finished explaining Mod Souls to you by the time Ichigo got back. Ichigo came over setting the stuff down on the bed, before sitting down next to you, on the same side as your injured arm. He then started to clean your injury quietly.
" Thanks for fixing that cut up for me Ichigo. " you said somewhat quietly, as he finished wrapping up your cut.
" Don't mention it * Y/N *. Although.. that cut on your arm wouldn't have happened if I had.. " you interrupted Ichigo, kissing him on the lips, already knowing where he was headed with what he was saying. Ichigo blushed deeply, surprised that you had kissed him. You pulled away from him.
" Stop blaming yourself Ichigo.. " you said softly. " It's not your fault the Hollow got a hold of me.. " it was quiet between the two of you for a bit. " Ichigo? " you started, Ichigo looked at you, " Please promise me that you'll stop blaming yourself for this. " you said, gesturing towards the now wrapped up cut on your arm. Ichigo blushed a little, before giving you a small smile.
" Only if you'll promise to let me protect you thing like Hollows. " Ichigo responded. You blushed, giving Ichigo a small smile.
" Agreed. " you said, still blushing. Ichigo smiled a little. " I-Ichigo? " you started.
" Yeah * Y/N *? " Ichigo asked, looking at you.
" I-I like you, ' like ' like you. " you confessed, causing Ichigo to blush. " I didn't tell you sooner, because I wasn't sure how you would react, and if don't feel the same, I'm okay wi-.. " Ichigo interrupted you, kissing you on the lips. You blushed, kissing him back. Ichigo blushed as well. After a few minutes the two of you pulled away for air.
" That answer your question? " Ichigo asked somewhat quietly, still blushing. You nod slightly, still blushing.
