It wasn't long, since Robbie sent you away with his magic, that a small voice broke his thoughts. Looking back, seeing his little girl out of bed. Tired as she was, he only shook his head.
"Ella, go back to bed." she was weak, despite being in a little pain. She fell on the floor, causing Robbie to rushed over to her side. She was crying a little, Robbie only picked her up, carrying her bridal style, she cling onto his shirt for support. "You're too weak to be up and out." he wasn't upset nor mad at her. Ella looked at her father,
"I heard..."
"Heard what?" the amount of walking to her room, seen farther than he thought. Ella played with the fabric of his vest, causing her wings to fluther, just a little. Robbies wings did the same, he forgot he had them out in the first place.
"Is..._________ going to be my new mother?.." he twitched his lip a little, before kicking the door slightly for him to enter. To her bed he went, he set her down as he stared down at her.
"Whatever you hear-"
"Father, I know how you feel for her-"
"This isn't something I shouldn't be discussing with you. Right now, you need to heal and feel better." Ella moved her head to the side, laying flat on her stomach, she can feel her father's hand on her wings. Robbie chanted some words out, feeling his magic through his fingertips. Her wings began to flutter, but he kept them at bay. Ella wince a little, clutching her hands into the sheets, Robbie saw this without breaking his concentration, he knew what she was going through. "Almost done." more words came out as his magic was giving it all. Ella whine, before resting her head on the pillow, her hands let go as it was over. Robbie moved his hands away, rubbing his fingers through her hair, he moved closer and kiss on top of her head.
"Thanks.."
"Now, just another week of this and it will be over." he got up from his spot, pulling the covers over her. She turned her head to face him,
"Can you at least..tell me this.." he looked down at her. "I dont...mind her if...she was mother.." least Robbie knew if he wanted you, least his daughter was okay with it. Robbie patted her head,
"If she and I were to be, it would've already happened." Ella didn't know what to say, Robbie left the room, closing it. His back was against the wall, clutching his chest. His feelings for you, he didn't know how to handle it. You were still grieving and he had to keep reminding himself of this. Sure it's only been months, but it took him two years to get over his beloved wife. Still, Ella knew something and he didn't, he wasn't going to ask, but for now. He needed sometime to think, as he walked away from her room.

"Mommy, I want to see Ella, I miss her." Stephanie whine to you, sitting on the table, eating lunch. Sportacus only saw in your eyes, not paying attention to her daughter. It was awkward as he continue eating his apple. Fiddling with the pieces of oranges you had on your plate, you mind was only on Robbie. He was a Fae and it didn't bother you, but you wanted to know more. Stephanie frown as she pounded on the table, "Mommy!" Your thoughts were broken, when you heard her yell,
"Yes, sweetie?"
"I. want. To. see. Ella." it was true she did miss her friend. To be honest, it was her only friend. You took a piece of the orange and ate it, before speaking.
"Let's see if Robbie will let you." moving away from the table, Sportacus looked over at Stephanie who only fiddle with her fingers. Tossing his apple in the trash can, he moved his seat over to her. Stephanie only looked at him,
"Something bothering you?" he asked. She only nodded.
"Ella and I were talking about making Mommy and Robbie..be..well.."
"Go on." Stephanie only looked down, Sportacus turned her head to face him.
"Ella wants a Mommy and I can see it that my mommy likes her daddy. So maybe.."
"You want to set her up with her father?" Stephanie only nodded, she probably thought it was silly to even tell him this, but- "I think it's a great idea." Stephanies eyes widen, was he being serious with her.
"Really? So you will help me?"
"This things do take time, but from what I can tell. Robbie has everything under control, I'm sure your mother feels the same." hearing the sounds of the footsteps, Stephanie looked over seeing her mother's smiling face.
"Robbie said it was okay, come on get your shoes on and a jacket." Stephanies face was so bright she was way to happy. Getting off the chair and running to get her things. You looked over at Sportacus who suddenly stand up.
"It was time for her to see her the way she is."
"She can keep a secret, she did for you." this made his lip curl as he chuckled. He walked up to you, placing a hand onto yours. "I'm sorry for everything, I'm just a littl-"
"Protective, I don't blame you, you are an elf and they tend to do that." this caused him to blush a little of embarrassment. You turned to walk away from him, before he held onto your hand once more. "Listen to your heart." you were confused by this as he left you standing there. What did he mean by that? Shaking your head, you hurried up and got your shoes on, seeing your daughter with a bag and a fall pink jacket, she was ready as she will ever be. One step out the door, you'll walk to his place.

Hearing the sounds of the hatch opening, Robbie helped Stephanie down, before she ran off to Ella's room, he stopped her. You were already on the ground, seeing him kneel down to her level, he spoke.
"Now, Stephanie. Ellas change since the last time you saw her, she is still not feeling well, but you must keep it a secret." Stephanie understood. Robbie lead you'll to her room, knocking on the door, it was opened. He opened it, Stephanie's eyes widen, staring at her friend, her wings flutter, feeling a bit frighten.
"Ella.." she walked up close to her, You and Robbie watched how the girls reacted to each other. Robbie was shaking a little, fearing this wasn't going to work. You took his hand and held it. Squeezing it in the process, Robbie calmed down just a little. Stephanie sat down on her bed, admiring Ella's wings. Ella bit her lip,
"I'm ugly.." she spoke, feeling sad. Stephanie shook her head.
"You're not, your pretty Ella. May I?" she asked, Ella nodded.
"Just be careful..it still hurts.." She took note of that, gently her fingers went, feeling the wings under her fingertips. She was amazed by this,
"You're a Fae? That's so cool." Ella was confused by this as she looked at her. Stephanie let go of her wings and smile at her.
"I'm not..normal.."
"So? I like you Ella. We are friends forever!" Ella softly smiled at her, grabbing a hold of Stephanie as she began to hug her, she returned the hug back. Robbie couldn't believe it. You only smiled at her, tugging his hand, he knew what it meant as they both left the girls at peace. Walking to the living room, Robbie sat down on his chair.
"Shes special, just like you, Robbie." Robbie looked up seeing you sit on his lap, he didn't mind, considering there wasn't much room as before.
"I was worried that Stephanie would freak out and leave."
"Don't always assume, besides she knows about the elf, what makes a fae different?" Robbie did have a point, he shifted his weight, letting you slip down to his side. Comfortably as you were, his eyes face into yours, your heart started pounding.
"Would you like to go out..i mean..if you..well.." he kept babbling on and on, causing you to chuckle.
"It's been..well...I guess I can give it a shot." yet what you didn't realize was you were playing with the ring that was still on your finger. Robbie noticed, but he only sighed.
"I don't want to make you, if you are still thinking about..him.." he took your hand, seeing the ring before him. You forgot about that,
"I know it's been months...yet.."
"I can wait." You shook your head,
"I...I want this.."
