Ross's POV
As I prepare my breakfast, it's silent. Everyone is out of the house except me. Minutes later, breakfast is finished and I work on my goal for today: producing sounds for the new album.
About forty-five minutes after producing sounds, I get a call from my own manager.
"Hi Alex. What's up?"
"Nothing much. I called because I got an offering for you."
I'm curious of what it could be, "Cool. What is it?"
"You're familiar with the singer, Melissa Smith, right?" he asks.
My heart skips a beat upon hearing her name, "Y-yeah I'm familiar with her."
"Well her manger just called me asking if you would like to co-write a song with her since he has seen your, and I quote, awesome and creative writing. It's for her upcoming album," Alex tells me.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Not only will I be co-writing a song for one of the biggest upcoming acts in music right now but also I will be having my chance to actually meet and talk with her. Maybe possibly sparking things up with her.
Without hesitation I answer, "Yeah, sure. I'll co-write a song with her."
"Great," Alex says. "What day sounds good for you?"
   "Monday sounds good."
"Ok, I'll let her manager know and what time Monday is good for her. See ya."
   "Ok bye."
I can't believe it. I'm going to be writing with upcoming artist in the music industry who is also the current girl I'm head over heels for. Not only will I'll be writing with her but also I will be meeting and talking with her.
My thoughts get interrupted by a beep on my phone. It's Alex who texted me that I'm expected to meet with Melissa at the studio between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. I reply with an "ok" letting him know that I got the text and have agreed to meet with her during that time duration.
I then go back to what I was doing in an extra happy mood

Melissa's POV
I wish it wasn't like this
I just can't stand the thought of leaving you
Our love life could have been a bliss
I just can't stand the thought of leaving you
These were all the lyrics I had set. It's really hard writing this song. I want it to be really good because the summary of the song means a lot to me. It's about this guy that I met on a cruise that I fell in love with. During our time on the cruise, we were really close. Then came the day when all the passengers of the cruise had to depart and go back to reality. That day was the last day we saw each other; I was going back to New York and he was going back to Thailand (By the way did I mention that he's Australian? Yeah, he is. He and his family moved to Thailand a couple years ago because the company his dad worked for had to move its projects over there.) And that's when I got all emotional, because it was highly likely I wasn't going to ever see him again. I truly loved him and I still truly love him to this very day. I really hoped that I could have confessed how I felt about him to him and wondered if he confessed how in love he was with me....if he really was in love with me because I really don't know for sure. He did show some signs that may suggest that he was actually in love with me when we met, such as when he said he'll watch my bag while I play basketball and when he told me to go behind him to help me out when we were playing HORSE with a couple of other people. I really, really, love and miss him.
My thoughts get interrupted by a knock on the door, "Who is it?"
"Aaron!" my manager says through the door.
     "Come in."
"So how's the song-writing going?" Aaron asks me.
"It's going fine but at the same time a bit stressful," I reply.
"Well do you want another song-writer to help you write the song?"
I contemplate with myself whether help should be needed or not. Sure if I could get a very good song-writer whose lyrics I know are good, then yeah I would like the help. But then, they may not relate to the inspiration behind the song so it could be hard for them to come up with good lyrics, which would then result in me having a sucky song.
I finally make a decision, "Yeah, I would like some help. Did you find someone already?"
"Yeah I did," Aaron replies,"I just spoke with the manager of Ross Lynch." My heart skips a beat. "Ross is available to come in on Monday, of which you are scheduled to come in. He and his manager just want to know what time Monday is alright for you."
I put aside the thought of my celebrity crush writing with me and to see what time is available for Monday, "Well I have some recording from 11 am until 1:30pm. Then I have a lunch break until 3:00 pm. So anytime between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm is good."
"Ok, I'll get back to his manager on this. Thanks and get ready for recording, your recording session starts in five minutes," Aaron tells me.
     "Ok sure will."
I can't believe it. I'm going to be writing with Ross Lynch, my longtime celebrity crush. Not only will I be writing with him, I'll actually be meeting and talking with him. Something may happen between us that could change everything for me.
"Ok Mel. Get out of your fantasy," I say to myself. I get ready for recording in an extra happy mood.
