Chapter 11

ALEX'S P.O.V

We landed.

Chloe and I started clapping along with the other passangers to thank for the safe flight, we climbed down the long steps as the warm air hit us, the sun was setting as it was about 8pm.

We collected our luggage and got an uber to our hotel, or a Taxi, whatever those Brits call it.
As we entered our room we had a large king size bed, with white and gold sheets, it was amazing, everything neat, it also had bedside cabinets besides both of sides of the bed, then a large closet, a tv hung on the wall and a balcony. Moving on, the bathroom was quite big, it had a shower, bath, toilet and a sink with a mirror above it, then the living room had 2 small couches with a coffe table and a big tv. The kitchen wasn't massive but very cute, white reflective marble counters with a little bit of black. Great.

"I love it so far and we've only just got here." Chloe looked around, "I haven't been on many holidays, apart from school trips as my family aren't really filled with money." She sighed "But this is amazing. Thank you." She smiled, "No big deal." I looked at her, "How about we go to the restaurant as we've not ate much for the past 14 hours, and then pool?" Her smile widened and she nodded. "I'll get a shower, and then get ready" but before I could finish off she sprinted towards the bathroom door and locked herself inside. "I guess you'll go second!" She shouted from the inside as I heard her giggle, oh boy does she make me smile.

CHLOE'S P.O.V

I heard him sigh in surprise as I started running my shower, not gonna lie I am quite fast with my decisions, especially if it involves a shower after just being on a plane for 11 hours! I dropped my clothes on the floor and hopped in as the steaming water hit my head, i started washing through my hair and body, I stood there for ahout 5 minutes thinking about how lucky i am, I got so lucky to get Alex, he's been trying so hard, I got knocked out of my day dreaming when I heard calm knocks on the door which made me jump.
"Shi-- ugar dumplins!" I stopped myself from such foul language, "I'll hurry up." I heard him fall with laughter, probably because of my silly phrases, this still made my cheeks burn red even though I'm used to him, but everytime it just reminds me of the first day of meeting him.

I hoppes out the shower and wrapped a towel around my body and another one around my hair, I unlocked the door and saw him sat on the floor on his phone.
"Wow, the Queen has let me use her bathroom, how generous."  He looked up, I rolled my eyes laughing as I walked into the bedroom, picking out white jeans, a long sleeved tight sweater kind of thing, and a pair of small heeled black ankle boots. I then dried my hair which I brushed through for it to go wavy, I applied a little bit of mascara and a brown lipsick.
I jumped as Alex walked in, "for gods sake, why so fast?!" I asked as he started picking out some clothes, "I was 10 minutes darl, you're the slow one." He sassily clicked his fingers to both sides whilst pouting. "Whateverrrrrr." I answered, grabbing my phone and a purse to go eith my outfit, I then sat on the couch and waited for Alex, whilst reading through my messages.
"Hey it's Liza, you landed?"
"Landed yet?"
"You there?"
"Chloe are you guys safe?"
"Soz i probs seem like your mom right now but answer asap"
"Btw you ate?"
I laughed and started typing, "Yes Liza, we've landed, thank you for worrying so much😄"
Alex suddenly walked out and pulled me up, "Come on then b" He said in an extremely British accent in which I nodded and followed his steps.
He locked the door and we got down to the restaurant where I already knew we'll have troubles speaking.

"Bonjour." I nodded my head whilst taking a seat, a lovely lady walked up and started speaking in which I completely didn't understand, "tell her i want that wine thing" i looked at alex as he pulled out his phone, his Siri suddenly said "Deux vins s'il vous plaît" and she laughed, speaking some more, Alex nodded although he didnt know what anything meant, "Deux, uh, flamiche? Et deux tartare at severo" he read off the menu she gave, she once again laughed and nodded, walking off.
"What did you order?" I asked, smiling, hoping for an answer however he just shrugged his shoulders and smiled back.

We arrived back at our room after a delicious meal, full to the brim, "we going to the pool?" I asked as Alex nodded and started putting on his swimming shorts, I put on my bikini as we got our bathrobes over it, we got a lift to the floor below us and because it was quite late no one was there, 10:30pm, woop woop.

We dropped our bathrobes and hopped in, the warm night breeze hit us as the water cooled us down a little. We spent a while in the pool dunking each other like little kids, 11:30pm and we had spent an hour!!
"I'm tired!" I threw myself into his arms as he carried me out the pool, My head was on his shoulder as he picked up his bathrobe and put it on and wrapped mine around me, most in the hotel were asleep by now so we quietly got into our room and put our pj's on. First day not so bad, infact, not bad at all.

"Turn off the lights." I said, tucking myself in.
"Why not you?" He asked, raising his eyebrows as he stood next to the light switch.
"You're closer." I answered, as he winked, "Yeah but, you're being lazy." He leaned on the wall, crossing his arms.
"Turn off the lights." I complained
"or what?" He yawned.
"Or.. cash me outssie how bow dah." I dozed off and heard no other thing at that point.
