Reader's Pov
You woke up in your room and saw your mom and Jeff. "Mom?" you said and she looked up with tears in her eyes and hugged you. "Welcome back kiddo." Jeff said. "Thanks, is Zane ok?" you asked them then it was silent. "Did he?" you asked then they look down. "Zane....Zane didn't make it." your mom said and you froze. "No....no no no no no no!" you said and started to cry. Your mom hugged you and tried to comfort you. "It should've been me. I should've died." you said. "No no don't say that." you mom said. "Remember he wanted to do this, it's not your fault and I'm sure he's happy where he is knowing that you're alive and well." Jeff said but you just kept on crying.
Third Person's Pov
A week later was Zane's funeral, all of his friends and family members came. (F/N) was sitting up front with Zane's brother Garroth both comforting each other. After the funeral (F/N) thought she would never fall in love again but she also wanted to share to the world her experience. She talked to her mom and new dad about it and they both agreed to it. They were able to get (F/N) to go live on TV and talk about her experience. At the end she said she was going to donate money to a company that's trying to find a cure of cancer. After that (F/N) lived alone in the house of her and her lost love one with their dog but one day she did fell in love with someone and they now live together and have a baby boy named Zane after (F/N)'s lost lover. And (F/N) now is working with scientist all over the world looking for a cure for cancer and she'll never forget the one she once loved and who sacrificed his live for hers.
Now that's the end of that part, now it's time to rewind time and change this ending.
Zane's Pov
I woke up in the hospital and I saw Garroth and Aph sitting near me crying. "Garroth? Aph?" I said. "Zane you're awake." Aph said. "Yeah, wait...where's (F/N)?" I asked them then they both looked at each other silent. "C-Come on guys....you're scaring me. Big brother?" I said looking at Garroth and he looked at me. "Zane I'm sorry but......she didn't make it." he said and I couldn't believe it. "W-What?!" I said. "Aph tell me it's not true! Tell me Garroth is just being stupid like always!" I said and Aph looked down and then I knew he wasn't lying. "No......no...why?! Why?!" I said and started to cry. Aph and Garroth tried to comfort me but I pushed them aside. "I.........I just want to be alone." I said and they both left me alone. I then looked out the window only thinking of (F/N). "Zane?" I heard a familiar voice said, I turn around towards the door and saw her. I rubbed my eyes to see if she was real and when I removed my hands she was gone. "I knew it." I said. "Knew what?" the voice said again and I looked in front of me and I saw her. I then went to hug her when I went through her and she was gone. "Zane," she said and I looked and I saw her sitting in a chair next to the window. "I'm not real but I am with you and always will be." she said. "So I was right, you aren't real." I said and looked down. "Yes I'm not real but I will be in your mind and your heart Zane. I will always be with you." she said then she kissed me and I kissed back even though I knew she wasn't real but it felt real and when I opened my eyes she was gone. I then started to cry some more.
Third Person's Pov
A few day after Zane left the hospital a funeral was happening for (F/N). He sat in the first row with her family and (F/N)'s mom was crying her eyes out and Jess tried his best to comfort her but it's hard to comfort a woman who lost their only child. After wards Zane and (F/N)'s mom and step dad went on TV and talked about what happened and the life that was lost because of cancer, they then donated money to a company that is trying to find a cure for cancer hoping it would help. Zane then spent a lot of his time at his house with his dog (D/N) and tried to get over (F/N). It took Zane some time to get over the death of (F/N) but when he did and decided to date again he got a girl who excepted him. They got married and have two kids, the oldest a girl and the youngest a boy. They named the girl (F/N) after Zane's lost lover and their boy Zane Jr. They both are living happily together but Zane will never forget his first love.
Thank you all so much and their will be one more chapter coming out, sorry about this one but I wanted to have it when either you or Zane live and I saw that when you live it was short so I had to add Zane living in this chapter and I do and don't hope that you cried. But thank you all so much and I'll see you next chapter. :3
