I'm in a dream, with children around me, running around as happy as can be. But then people with guns show up, picking them off one by one. I sit there, trying to reach out to them, but I can't. I wake up, hyperventilating. Oh my god am I dead? I think.

I open my eyes, frantically looking around. Last thing I remember I was shot in the neck. I touch my neck, no bandages or anything.

Tranquilizer gun. I think.

Josh. Oh my god.

"Josh!" I scream.

I get up. Ow, still tender. I look around me. I was in a plane, with a blanket underneath me. I walk around looking at everything. There are crates full of food and water and medical supplies. There was a door leading to the cockpit, no other ones though. I slowly and cautiously walk over to the cockpit door and peek inside. I see two pilots, the girl and the man that talked to me earlier. I need a weapon. I look around for anything I can find.

I open one of the crates and find two guns. I grab them and hold them firmly in my hand. Glad I learned how to use these in training.

I walk over to the door and when I'm about to open it, a familiar voice speaks up.

"I think you need these." He says holding amo with his amazing smile.

"Josh!" I yell running into his arms. He picks me up and covers my face in kisses. "They didn't leave you!" I gasp.

"No I couldn't ever live with myself if I let them take you from me."

"How did you?"

"I reasoned with them," He answered.

"You know, I haven't been able to tell you this, but I love you." I whisper.

He smiles, "I love you more."

I grab his hand and pull him to the door and go into a whisper.

"So what are we going to do about them?" I ask quietly.

"They let me go with you so I don't want to kill them." I nod and sit on the ground, and he joins me. I swing my legs over his, and lean my head against his chest.

"I'm really glad you're here." He rubs my back.

"Me too."

We sit there talking until someone opens the door. The woman walks over to us and smiles.

"I'm glad I decided to keep you, Josh."

"Why?" He asks.

"I don't know why, but I feel like she needs you." She nods toward me.

    "I do." I say.

"Well, we'll be landing in 1 hour."

"Where are we going?" Josh asks.

"Its private information." She answers, and then walks out of the door to the cockpit.

"We'll figure it out." I say.

He nods and rests his head on mine. I close my eyes and sleep the rest of the way. I wake up startled to the touch of Josh's hand.

"Sorry love, did I startle you?"

"No." I smile. "Are we here?"

"Yes." He answers. He stands up and reaches for my hand. I grab it and he helps me up. I tighten my grip on his hand and say, " Are you ready for them to tell us why im here? I'm nervous. They usually don't take someone out unless it's something crucial."

He nods.

The door to the plane opens and we climb down. It was nice to feel the real ground again. The woman walks out and motions for us to follow. We start walking and I look around us. Gravel, barbed wire, and guns. Lots of them.

When we reach the building I look surprised. Completely made out of steal, no windows, or wood. There is only one door and no grass or signs. She puts in a code on the code box and it makes a high pitched noise.

We walk inside and there is a table, with four chairs. Windows? I look around and see tons of windows, with the view of outside. "Excuse me, um, miss, but there weren't windows outside." I ask.

"Oh so you're the observant type." She writes something in a notebook, but doesn't answer my question.

"Sit, please." She asks and motions toward the chairs.

Josh and I sit, and she sits across from us.

"I am asking you to not ask any questions, or interrupt me when I tell you what i'm about to tell you."

Me and Josh nod. She tells the guards to get us some water.

"Okay good, let's start. So, Emily, you are something called the miracle. There is only one born every couple thousand years. Usually we can't find that person, but since you're in the keys, it was easy. The thing that makes you a miracle is you have another part to your brain that others don't. You know things that other people don't, it is impossible for us to have your part of brain. You are born with it when you're a child. It is passed down by a gene in your family. It doesn't have to be your mom, it could be your grandmother, your great great great grandmother, or someone in your family that lived a billion years ago. So, I would like to ask you for a favor. Bigger than anything."

Oh god
