OMG!!! Wow, but why would he do that? I felt myself blush and Cody noticed. " You look cute when you blush"! Cody says. Why Kayla? Why? I just smile back, then he thinks I am not happy becasue he just kissed me but I am actually over the moon! "I'm sorry I never should have ki- "No it's not you, I am speechless" I say
He is so sweet and lovable. What can I do to repay him? Sing HIM a song. After sitting there in silence looking at the crashing waves for a few minutes I get bored. " Why don't we go for a swim?" "I brought a bikini anyway" I say Cody says ok so we both get changed. While I was waiting for Cody to come out I was facing the waves and suddenly a pair of strong arms lift me up and throw me in the ocean. Cody again? But when I turn around it's not Cody. It's my best friend from Gold Coast! Ben. " What are you doing here in LA?" " I'm holiday with my family and i thought we should come to Venice Beach." And I saw you with that Cody guy and recognised your voice.
"Huh" I say Then Cody comes out and the smile on his face drops. " Hey Cody, this is my best friend from Gold Coast" " He has come for a holiday". " Do you think we could take him on a tour of LA?" I say
" Yeah, that's fine" Cody says but I can see that he is disapointed that he can't have me all to himself. "Just 3 Gold Coasters chillin' in LA!" I say Ben and I laugh but Cody doesn't seem to happy. " We will do that tommorow, cuz I am really tired" Ben says "Ok see ya tommorow" I say He waves and walks of. I turn my head to Cody and say "Look, I am sorry if Ben just ruined you day" "He didn't" "Cody I know when someone is jealous, and you have nothing to worry about because Ben and I are just friends." "And anyway so are we." "It would be different if we were boyfriend and girlfriend." " Try and catch me!" I say running off. In like 3 seconds Cody wraps his arms around my waist and carrys me with one hand. Damn he is strong! He runs into the water and drowns me. To get back at him, while underwater I pull his legs down into the water and he falls in as well.
I go up and gasp for air. What a great day!
