Why did they have to do this? I thought to myself as I stood.I was the manager for True Teikoku, not that I wanted to, I do it to make sure that everyone doesn't do something stupid.I mainly worry about Sakuma though, him being the person closest to me, apart from my family.

I silently watched them practice, already having everything set up for them when they have a break.I kept my gaze switching between Sakuma and Fudou, the person that caused all of this, the person that I hate.
Finally, they came over for a break, I passed them towels and water bottles. I got to Sakuma and sent him a smile while passing him his towel and water which he returned with a glare. He had changed completely since Fudou met him before he would smile and have fun with me but now he was cold and distant as if we were strangers.

After a couple moments, they returned back to practising, me being stuck with sweaty towels and empty bottles which I slowly worked through, thinking about the days where Sakuma was actually a lovable human being.

It was a sunny day. I was young and playing with Sakuma, we were playing soccer, just the two of us.I had accidentally tripped over the ball without knowing it, I skidded across the ground, my knee scraped and bleeding.I stood up slowly, my knees weak and barely holding me up as my long-haired friend gently pushed me back down.He left me for a moment before grabbing a handkerchief and a plaster. When he returned he sat down next to me, using the handkerchief to catch all the blood, sitting there for a couple minutes before placing down the plaster, covering the wound and kissing my cheek "Hope you get better" he said with a smile. He stood up and gave me his hand which I took as a walked to the bench painfully with him.

A couple days have passed and Raimon are here. They're going to be facing us and to say that I'm worried is an understatement.I'm panicked on the inside, Sakuma is the reason. Knowing him he'll do something reckless and injure himself or worse.

They came onto the pitch, I looked like an outcast sitting here by myself while not too far from me were the bunch from Raimon, their coach, a benched player and their three managers.I sat, a slightly worried and saddened look on my face which probably didn't look the best for what was about to happen but I didn't care.

The match started, with True Teikoku's kick off. Fudou had passed to Sakuma saying some words about showing how strong he was.Once he did Sakuma stood still for a moment. He blinked slowly.Putting his fingers to his lips and whistling, five red penguins broke through the ground.Kidou yelled for him to stop while I sat in disbelief, my face one of extreme fear and sadness. He raised his leg, kicking the ball with all his might. He yelled out the name of the hissatsu 'Emperor Penguin N.1' one of the forbidden moves.Straight after, he writhed in pain.I didn't notice until I was there but I was as close as I could be without standing on the pitch, a look of pure terror covering my face.
"Sakuma! No!" I yelled, tears flooding out of my eyes seeing him in that state. He was on his knees, keeping himself loosely up by his arms, sweat trickling down his face.Fudou had his usual smirk on his face when he heard they had scored and gotten past Raimon's goalkeeper, Endou. While Sakuma, a look of possible insanity covering his face, was taunting Kidou, Fudou came up to me.He turned his smirk to a sour and angry face as he stood centimetres away.
"What was that just now? You're meant to just sit there like you don't exist.Did you already forget bitch ?"He spat as his cool, rough hand reached my cheek, slapping me with a force large enough to bring me to tears.I mumbled an apology before returning to the bench, unable to stop my tears from falling when I sat down.

The match went on with me needing to hold back my outcries when Genda had also used a forbidden hissastu 'Beat Fang' which tortured me inside, seeing the people closest to me harming their bodies like that.Once that awful scene had passed both of the boys were panting, with sweat dripping down their faces.
Raimon had an obvious plan of stalling to not allow either of the boys to use their body-breaking hissatsus which they were thankfully unable to do.They looked physically exhausted when halftime came.
I sat away from them, as to not have Fudou berate me with insults of my incompetence and let them deal with themselves. It was obvious that I wasn't needed but I stayed anyways.
