This is a request by HolyEmpressKira who had waited a very long time for this, miraculously. Go check them out, their stories are great. Also, this will be shit, not only because I haven't had time to watch Go until the end but also because this is with someone else's oc. So I'm sorry if I butcher this up massively. Also, it's an AU (alternate universe).
Soul mates. The one thing that everyone has and finds. Except there are some that can never find them, the outcasts. Kira Riye, a woman who has lived all her life not really caring about soul mates, until she starts hearing about more and more people who were 'soul mateless'.
A quiet sigh left Kira's lips as she walked down to her office, hearing more and more people talking about the rising number of outcasts, the soulmateless. She looked down at the letters etched a few centimetres lower than her wrist 'G.S./I.S'. She always found it weird and puzzling how she had two sets of initials instead of one. The second pair had only appeared a few years back, many years after the first set. She finished her brisk walk as she put those thoughts to the back of her mind as she entered her small office block.
She worked diligently, her thoughts about soulmates not distracting her until it came to her lunch break. As usual, she left the office building and went across the street to the small, quite unknown cafe a few minutes away, where she ate a refreshing, warm lunch. She thought about who her soulmate could be, listing off names of people she knew in a small inky black notebook. She had collected a list of names which she had crossed off for both initials before she noticed the time. Speedily she left as not to be late.
When she returned she worked hard, completing all the tasks that she had been asked to finish for that day. Brushing a piece of her brown hair out of her onyx eyes she stood up from her desk and collected her things, ignoring the fact she had left her notebook lying on the desk. She left the building and began her brisk stroll home.
Ishido Shuuji, the boss of the offices, was wandering around after hours, checking for anything out of place, mainly any inadequate workers that had fallen asleep and hadn't woken up, which there were very few of. He got to an office, there was no one there and it didn't look out of the ordinary, except there was a small black journal, laying down on the desk. He wasn't usually that curious but something was telling him to check it.
So he did.
It was plain and ruled, with some pages having a slight beige-brown tinge to them as if splashes of coffee had been spilt on them. He flipped through, nothing interesting apart from some notes, like shopping lists, and a doodle or two here or there. That was until he got to a long list, he saw his initials at the top in one column and the initials of the past that he denied in the other half. He was confused for a moment before he realised that he was this girls soul mate. He thought for a few minutes before deciding on a somewhat ridiculous idea to write a note in it, which he ended up doing. Once he did, he decided that it would be a good idea to finish his small patrol so he swiftly returned the notebook to its original place and left as if nothing had ever happened. The next day Kira reached her office, noticing her notebook there, glad she wouldn't have to buy a new one because someone had decided to take it. She flipped through to check that everything was still there, which it was. However, something seemed different, the latest list she'd written seemed to be different. There was a note written neatly under the column 'I.S.'
Meet me in my office at 11, I have to speak with you
-IshidoShe was confused by why her boss wanted her to come but assumed it would be to talk about her work.
She worked, however, thoughts kept floating in her mind constantly until the said time. Some close co-workers asked where she was going to which she only have a small response to. After doing that she took the elevator to one of the higher floors where she found the office she needed to be in.
She knocked three times in rapid succession.
"Come in" came a serious voice from inside.
She did so, closing the dark wooden door behind her as she stepped forward, a few steps in front of Ishido Shuuji 's desk.
"You don't have a soulmate." He declared staring straight at the woman.
"Yes, but I don't understand this is related to anything"
"Show me your initials."
She was confused but did so, turning over her forearm showing him both of her initials.
"That's what I thought," he said before rolling his crisp white shirt sleeve enough to see the initials 'K.R.' etched into his dark skin.
She was startled, never expecting her to find out her soulmate to be her boss of all people.
"That's why I wanted to call you here. Since we're soul mates we should get to know each other."
She nodded in agreement and sat down in the soft, copper-coloured chair in front of her.A few years had passed and the two had gotten to know each other better, learning secrets, hopes, dreams, fears, loves and more. They had begun to date after a few weeks. Every day they would learn something new and got closer and closer until the day finally came. The wedding.
Kira had gotten help to get dolled up for her special day, her hair loose but adorned with crystal white flowers. Her dress was a long gorgeous gown that trailed behind her, the neckline being cut short, showing off her body while the long sleeves that opened up near the wrists gave off a mature and sophisticated look. The dress was adorned with layers of gently placed lace, looping in circles down to the ground. From the waist down sequins and other embellishments danced their way down, making the dress shimmer and shine in the light like a diamond. While walking down the aisle Kira's train strode confidently behind her as light reflected off the beads and crystals sewn in it. She walked and walked, keeping her balance until she got to the altar where she could easily stand with confidence. The entire way there she kept a smile on her face which grew the closer she came to her lover.
"Do you, Kira Riye, take Ishido Shuuji to be your lawfully wedded husband ?"
"I do." The brown haired girl stated, her eyes sparkling brightly under the shining sun, looking at the man in front of her.
"Do you, Ishido Shuuji, take Kira Riye to be your lawfully wedded wife ?"
"I do." The man replied with, looking back at his soul mate in front of him.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss"
Ishido proceeded to pull his lover close, pressing his lips tenderly on to hers. Kira closed her eyes over as she felt her weight shift to one foot, her other hovering in the air.
She wraps her arms around his neck to support herself, deepening the kiss at the same time. After a few moments of people clapping and cheering they pulled away, Ishido helped his newlywed wife up. She barely had enough time to regain her balance before she was swept off of her feet and was held in the arms of her lover. She wrapped her arms around his neck for support as he walked back down the aisle to the wedding party.AU
I'm so sorry this is so bad and short and awful in general. I do hope you enjoyed it though, I will be trying to post more regularly but it probably won't work out knowing me.
Only 1500 words this time sadly.
I'm also sorry for not posting anything that much, I'm not thrilled with all the ads on wattpad so I'm moving to fanfiction.net
If anyone will want to follow me on there I'm kurczakija, just like I am here.
