"C'mon, Angus!" She yelled in her Scottish accent. The black horse neighed with delight as he finally got out of the small space.
The girl with very curly red hair hopped on the horse as they rode into the rising sun. It was their routine during certain days. When the girl didn't have to be the princess she must be, and when her partner didn't have to be enclosed in a small space.
She aimed at the wooden board with her bow and arrow, the board almost breaking down from all the arrows pinned to it. While the horse ran fast through the thick forest, she focused on the bull's eye, and let go her arrow, sending it torpedoing to the target. The arrow sliced through the arrow that was on the bull's eye.
"Woo hoo! That was my best one yet, Angus!" She cheered as she shot through many more targets around the forest path.
She reached the clearing, where the majestic Fire Falls stood before her, as the water glistened in the rising sun, making it look fiery. She had only climbed it once before. Angus neighed in fear for her as the rock broke below her feet, making her lose balance. But she pushed through, determined to climb the steep falls again.
She finally reached the top, with the occasional neighing of Angus in fear that she might fall. She reached for the water of the Fire Falls, and held it to her mouth. The cool waters, despite its name, refreshed her sensations as energy surged through her.
She jumped in delight as she finally had to drink the water from the Fire Falls for the second time. Each time she jumped, she didn't notice the rock was cracking beneath her slowly. As she landed on a weak spot by the edge, she fell. She panicked, thinking she might die, for there was only rocks beneath her.
She closed her eyes, and waited.

"Goodbye Mother. I will see you later." She bid goodbye from the small window.
"Goodbye dear. I'll be back as soon as I can!" Her mother called out back to her.
"Okay Pascal, you can come out now!" The green chameleon opened his eyes, revealing that he was camouflaging in the painting by the wall, hidden by a large curtain. It was of a girl with very long blonde hair staring up into the lights in the sky.
"Oh Pascal, how I wished Mother would take me to see the world." She sighed, falling backwards into her bed leaving Pascal with a weird look on his face.
"And at last I see the lights..." She sang. It was her dream to see the world, considering that she hasn't gone out to the world for eighteen years.
She grabbed a random book from a nearby shelf and read it. For a few minutes she was engaged in reading the book, but sighed and threw back the book to the bed. It was safe to assume she was not interested in the book, or she was bored.
She checked the time and realized it was almost time for the lights.
"C'mon Pascal!" She immediately ran up to the small window and watched the lights rise up from afar. It was her wish to see these lights up close to see what they really are, to know why they only appear on her birthday. She knew they weren't stars, but she kept asking herself, what?
But she can feel tonight was going to be something different. And it is. She saw a different kind of light. It was golden streams of light flowing past her. She reached out to touch it but it was out of reach. It was new, so she wanted to know what it is.
Using her hair as a safety belt, she wrapped her hair around her waist and to the hook near her window. She used both hands to reach out to it, but as she was about to reach it, the hair slipped, making her fall with an enormous amount of hair trailing after her. 70 feet was quite a height so it took a few second to reach the ground.
