We walked into my favorite restaurant, The Loving Hut; a vegan eatery. "Did you know this was my favorite place?" I asked curiously, "I did a little research." Ricky smirked. I couldn't help but let out a giggle.
"Hello, I'm Ana, your hostess. Booth or table?" Out hostess said cheerfully. "Table?" Ricky asked, I nodded in agreement. "If you and your girlfriend could just follow me." Ana smiled. Ricky and I both blushed and quickly glanced at each other. I know Ricky isn't my boyfriend but I wish he was to be honest. "Can I start you off with some drinks?" "Water, please." I replied. "Same for me." Ricky said.
She walked away to get our drinks. We sat in silence for a moment and I caught Ricky staring at me. "What?" I chuckled shyly. "You're just so beautiful." He confessed. I blushed and a smile grew upon my face. He grabbed my hand from across the table. "I like you, Kai, I really do." I lost my breath for a moment, I was surprised. "I really like you too, Ricky." "I wanted to-" Our waitress interrupted Ricky mid sentence. "Here's your drink. Are you all set for your order?" "Uh, I'll have the rice noodles and spring rolls." I answered. "And for you?" "I'll have the same I guess." Ricky said.
Our food arrived and the waitress set it down. "Enjoy." Ana smiled. "Thank you." I said sweetly. I was hesitant to touch my food, I wasn't too comfortable eating around most people. But it's Ricky, he's seen me eat before. "So, is this good? I haven't been here before." Ricky asked. "I find it to be amazing, I think you'll like it." I assured him.
Making conversation in between bites of our meal, we were done. Ricky payed the bill and we walked out. He opened the door for me and grabbed my hand as we both walked out into the cold air. "Damn, it's cold." I whispered. "Come here sweetie." Ricky pulled me into a tight hug and kissed the top of my head, "Better?" He asked, "Better."
We made our way down the street, our buses being only a block over. "So, earlier I was trying to ask you if uhm.." Ricky hesitated, "Yes?" I asked. "If you'd.. uhm, like to be my girlfriend?" He let out. "Ricky, of course I'd love to be your girlfriend." I gave him a smiled and he grabbed my hips to pull me in for a kiss.
"HEY, THE BUSES ARE LIKE TWO MINUTES AWAY, YOU CAN FUCK OVER THERE." We heard a familiar voice yell. It was Chris. Hand in hand with Jasper. "Are you fuckers going to just date yet or what?" Jasper asked. "Well.. We kinda are." I confessed, "WHAT WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?" "JAS, THIS JUST FUCKING HAPPENED LITERALLY A MINUTE AGO." "AHHHHH KAIIII." "Jasper. Calm down." "Okay, well I'm happy for you two fags." "Thanks." I laughed.
We got to the busses and it was time to get ready for the show. We parted ways and got dressed and whatnot.
