I woke up to the splash of water in my face. "UGH! Huh! Where am I?" I was in bed. Scott was packing up for the army. "Hey Scott." I told him "Mornin', Sapphire. If you're going with me, well go pack now." I packed everything with me. My new clothes, my new tools, and my necklace Scott gave me. Everything that was important was packed. "OK, now I'm ready." We left after that.
After an hour, we arrived at the office of the Army. "Well, now. You both can get accepted. We don't get women often, so you're considered brave." Yes! They accepted Scott and me. Now we wait till morning. Now we must unpack.
We shared bunks. I unpacked everything. Scott, was troubled. He was lost in his mind. He didn't even unpack that day.
