When He Blushes

After settling one heck of a week in Titan Junior High School, weekend has finally arrived at its peak.

"Dig fast, Connie!"

Sasha threw the Frisbee straight to Connie's direction and unfortunately, Connie's back was turned and he didn't seem to notice the presence of the flying disc so he ended up being knocked out by it.

"Oi, I was trying to look at these flowers, Sasha! I'm not in the mood for Frisbee!", Connie explained.

Sasha stick her tongue for Connie then on the other side, Armin was trying to stop Eren and Jean from arguing but according to Eren, it was just silly debate if the tomato is a fruit or a vegetable and other things which actually came out of nowhere apparently, much to Armin's expectations (because everytime they see them fight, it might be one of those silly arguments again).

Then on the later side of the playground, you will find Mikasa and Annie arm wrestling with Reiner, Berthold and Ymir watching over them with curiosity.

"You are so dead, Annie", said Mikasa with intimidating eyes.

"Heh, we'll see about that, Ackerman", Annie replied as she tried to move her arm with force but unfortunately, she failed when Mikasa was able to keep her arm steady as a rock.

You'll probably wonder what's going on here, don't you? 

Well, you see, my friends and I are in the playground which is pretty much miles away from the school and they say that it's the easiest place to find if you want to hang out with Attack Junior High friends and schoolmates.

Speaking of hangouts though, originally, Krista wanted a nice picnic with friends but it turns out that it became a crazy havoc rather than a peaceful picnic the always wanted or dreamed.

"Aww, man. I didn't know it will turn out like this", said Krista and lowered her head with a sigh.

I looked over Krista with a reassuring smile and said, "It's fine, Krista. It'll be over soon, I mean I'm sure things wouldn't be that bad, right?".

Krista and I exchanged food together while watching the 'glorious scene' right in front of our eyes then Reiner was trying to catch Krista's attention but Ymir, apparently, came out of nowhere and just tackled him on the ground.

'Krista is right. How in the world did it turn out like this? Have I gone to the other side of the world?', I thought and munched on my ham and cheese sandwich.

I munched bit by bit and suddenly, one of the table napkins started flying away when a gush of wind passed through.

"Oh no!", I exclaimed and placed my sandwich down before catching up with the flying table napkins.

"(Y/N)-Ekk! The table napkins!", exclaimed Krista she stood up from the picnic blanket.

"Don't worry, I'll catch them!", I called out to Krista as our distance began to widen.

She only nodded with worry as I kept chasing the flying table napkins. I don't know where it may lead to but if I can catch it, then I'll do it whatever it takes (or like my life depended on it).

I ran across the playground and later on, I didn't seem to notice that I accidentally exited the playground since I've been paying attention to what's in front of me and not the rest of my surroundings.

Since I wasn't sure where I was going, I bumped into someone and when I lost balance, I ended up falling down with the person that I just bumped into.

"Er...", I grunted and good thing I was able to land on a broad and somewhat, manly chest.

Wait, what?

When I lifted myself ever so slightly and re-adjust my position so I can see the person clearly, I gasped and turns out that the person that I bumped into was Levi Ackerman, with a bag full of...windex bottles?

I blinked a few times, trying to process what was happening and automatically I said, "O-Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry, Levi-senpai!! I wasn't paying attention to wear I was going!".

Levi was silent for a few seconds like he didn't want to speak up but when a spark came to him, he only replied, "Tch, it's fine, (Y/N). Just be careful next time".

I nodded and as soon as both of us got off from the ground, Levi's face started to redden and even his ears had gone red. 

Eh? Did Levi just blushed? I'm not imaginating things, right?

Levi brushed the tip of his nose and heaved a long yet an embarrassed sigh coming out from his lips before he would pick up his bag filled with windex bottles.

"L-Levi, are you alright? You're blushing", I said with a bit of concern and curiosity.

He seemed to react quickly on what I said and he replied, "H-Huh? Tch, I don't know what you're talking about".

He looked away slowly just to hide his blushing face and his eyebrows were knitted together to form a frown or should I say, an embarrassed or confused frown.

"Hehe, okay", I said with a playful smile, "But seriously, why?".

Levi slightly widen his eyes when I asked this obvious question and without a warning, he turned his back and I could still see his ears glowing red when he said, "A-Ah, that's something y-you shouldn't know, I mean you're cut-Tch, I-I have to go! I have cats to feed back at my place!".

Before he would run back to his place, he looked at me with his bluish gray eyes one more time and finally ran off with his bag full of windex bottles leaving me confused or dazed.

What just happened?
