Author's Note : This will be a short chapter because this is Jack's point of view. The final chapter will be published soon.Jack walked around the town, about to shop for a tuxedo. He wanted to look his best for tonight. In reality, he wanted to look his best for Celia. He had liked her for a while now and didn't know how to tell her. Hopefully tonight he would find a way. He walked into a suit shop and asked for the cheapest suit. Turns out, they had a really good suit on sale! "I'll take it!" Jack laughed, giving the clerk his money. The suit was handed to him and he went home to try it on. He was staying at a hotel for now. He wouldn't need to buy a house, he was only going to be around for tonight.
He opened the door to his hotel room and set his suit down on the chair. Suddenly, his body started to become invisible, doing the same thing it always did. Finally, it stopped and he was fully visible. Jack sighed and sat down on his bed. He started crying again. "I'm not going to be real anymore..and I can't fully be with Celia..she'll probably forget me!" He sobbed.
He went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. He could see himself, he was real. He reached out and touched the mirror. He could feel it, he was real. What would it be like when he was imaginary again? Would Celia remember him?
"Stop!" Jack cried. He looked down at the floor. "All this negativity." He smiled and looked back up. "Tonight is going to be the best night of my life..I'm going to be real, go to prom with Celia, and tell her how I feel. Let's make tonight a good night!"
Jack combed his hair and put on his suit.
He smiled. "Celia, prom, and the world - here I come!"
