Love.
Lust.
Pain.
It's what in his eyes right now. That's all I'm worried about. I'm not worried about who's around us or that someone is pounding on my mind block and trying to get through. He's the only one that matters right now.
"Sara, Sara Im gonna di-." Kyle struggles to say.
"No you're not. You're not gonna leave me or our kids. Okay?" I said.
He can't leave me. He promised he wouldn't. He's my everything. He will always be my everything.
"I'm lo-sing too much blo-od. I don't wa-nt to leave y-ou." Kyle struggled.
"You won't. You're already healing."
"T-oo many wo-unds." He said. I finally took a chance to look at him fully. He had open cuts and scratches all over his legs and arms. The thing I was worried the most about though was the really deep and long scratch that runs from his neck all the way to his hip. He losing a lot of blood. Not to mention a broken nose, wrist and ribs.
"Then I'll heal you." I replied. I started on the really long cut. I had gotten half way before I gave out. "David take him back to the house."
"Sara baby, what-ever ha-ppens, alwa-ys know that I love you." He whispered.
"I know baby. I know." I said. I leaned down and kissed him for possibly the last time.
"AAAAWWWWW!!" I screamed. I was crying so I wiped my tears but more replaced them.
I was in bed. The bathroom light was on. The clock on the nightstand read 2:00 am.
"Sara!" Kyle yelled. He ran out the bathroom in his pajamas. "Lily."
He walked over to me and placed me in his lap. I wrapped my arms around his waist, too scared to let go.
"Lily, what's wrong? Did you have another nightmare?" he asked soothingly.
"Yes." I cried. I've been having nightmares every hour on the hour.
"Oh baby, don't cry. I don't like when you're hurting." Kyle whispered. He wiped my tears and kissed my forehead. "It hurts me when you're hurt."
"You almost died." I mumbled. I didn't want him too hear but obviously he did anyway.
He turned me so I was straddling him. "Is that what all of them have been about? Me?" he asked. I nodded my head. Then the waterworks started again. "I'm not leaving you or the kids ever. Never, ever."
I looked in his eyes and he smiled that oh so perfect smile he saves just for me. His smile was the last thing I saw before I slept. . .peacefully this time.

"I'm not eating it." I heard Paige sigh. "It won't stay down. Where are the crackers?"
"I don't know!" David yelled frustrated. I could only imagine him trying to pull out his hair right about now.
Kyle and I walked into the kitchen and everyone went silent. Ok. . . "I still had the crackers from my pregnancy. I forgot to bring them down." I said as I handed them to her.
"Oh my god! Thank you!" she squealed.
Kyle handed me my plate of bacon. "Thanks."
"Yea."
