"You promise to take care of us?" Asks Cheryl.

"Always," I say taking her hand. She looks down at it then to me.

"Thank you," she whispers, tears filled her eyes. I smiled sadly at her.

"Are you our new mommy?" Asks Miles tugging at my shirt.

"Sure, I'm gonna be your new mommy," I smile. Cheryl smiles rubbing Miles arm while she still held my hand.

"Mrs Grant we need you sign papers," says a woman, child service.

"Of course," I say getting up and walking to her, I take a pen ans sign the papers. "And... there!" I smile. She simply just takes them and gives me a look like take the brats and go. I proudly take Miles and lift him onto my hip wigh he clinged his teddy bear to him hiding in the base of my neck, with his tiny hands and arms warpped around my neck. And then I take Cheryl's hand, she had their things in one bag. We walk out and Grant smiles seeing us, Cheryl's eyes widden but the look on her face, she couldn't believe this was happening.

"As who's this little guy?" Asks Grant looking Miles. Miles looks up peaking at Grant before quickly hiding again into my neck, I laugh.

"He's a bit shy, aren't you sweetheart," I say softly laughing at my baby cousin.

"He's a shy guy ayy? Mm lets see about that!" Grant scoops him out of my arms and spins him in circles like an airplane and he's laughing(obviously Miles).

"Well let's get these guys something to eat then get home, now since we haven't decorated your rooms yet, we'll have you guys sleep in a guest room, together or separate doesn't matter," I say, I was trying to make them feel comfortable and at home with me. I just hope I was doing a good job...

"Thats okay," smiles Cheryl. I smile taking their bag to the truck as Grant gets them into the car. I get the passenger seat and Grant drives us, I get a text from Dad.

Dad - Hey everything is good and clean, everyone left but we all wish you a happy birthday🎈🎁🎂🎈

Little Red - thanks dad😊 and I don't want Cheryl and Miles to meet everyone just yet, I Wang them to get use to being around us then we'll slowly introduce them to the family and everyone. I know Cheryl has a wall, she's a lot like me and Miles is too young to understand what's going on

Dad - Thats understandable you'll do great with those kids I know it, you'll be a great mom

Dad's text really boasted my confident. I smiled as I looked back to the kids. Miles was sleeping, his teddy bear still in his arms, he was shivering. I frown, Grant sees and hands me his jacket and I cover Miles up, he snuggles into Grant's jacket making me smile softly. I look to Cheryl and she was staring out the window, her eyes glossy and she was in deep thought. "Cheryl?" I ask shaking her gently. She flinchs, her eyes widden, she jumps looking at me fright. Then she relax. "Is everything okay?"

"Yea, just, sorry," she says tearing her eyes away from mine.

"Its okay, I would never hurt you or Miles, you guys mean so much to me and Grant," I smile, I can feel Grant smile at us.

She nods. "Now are you hungry?" I ask smiling. I don't think that was even a question. She nods shyly, I smile. We pull into McDonalds and we all order expect Miles, who slept peacefully. His chest raised up and down. "What would like Cheryl?" I ask as we pull into the drive in.

"Just some fries and something to drink," she mumbles looking away. I was worried but I told Grant what we wanted. I was thinking again and I was truly worried for Cheryl. She was quiet and keeping to herself.

We get our food and drive home, Grant picks up Miles, he clings to Grant. I take our stuff inside with Cheryl. I sat the food and Cheryl takes in the house. Her eyes widden in wonder. "You like what you see?" I smile.

"This house is.....our new home. It's so huge," she breathes out.

"It is," I laugh," I remember when Grant showed me the house, I was stunned."

"I would be too," she laughs.
