~Your POV~

"Who the hell are you, shithead?!" Frowning, I look up at the man standing in front of me, meeting his hard glare and frown; he was a bit too close for my liking. "State your name and business, cadet"! I feel his spit go onto my cheek as he shouts at me, his breath smells like alcohol with a hint of meat. Interesting.

"Y/N L/N, from D/N, sir!!" I glare back, my E/C eyes hardening as I place my right hand on my chest and tuck the other one behind my back; it feels odd. "I'm here to help mankind one step closer to defeating the titans and freeing us from their terror, sir!" 

Shadis smirks, rolling his eyes as he backs up, finally acknowledging what personal space is. "That's great, Cadet L/N!! You'll be a nice snack for the titans to eat!" He roughly places his hands on my shoulders, turning me around; the line I stand in soon follows, facing the next line of cadets with stoic expressions plastered onto their faces. As he moves on to the next person, I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
