KORI

As I'm getting on the train with Hunter, I look around. Its really fancy and there's a lot of food. I walk in with Hunter by my side. We sit on the couch and I sit next to Hunter who hugs me. Our mentors come out.

"Hello Kori, Hunter. I'm Enobaria." The lady says and smiles. You can see her golden teeth that are as sharp as a knife.

"I am Brutus. Let me ask you something. Is your father Cato Hadley?" Brutus asks.

I sit up with my brother and I nod slowly. Brutus smirks and so does Enobaria.

"We were their mentors. They were killed in the games so how are they alive?" Brutus says sitting in front of me.

"We were born in District 23. All the fallen tributes are there. When we turned 11 we were forced to leave and move to District 2." Hunter says looking at Brutus.

"DISTRICT 23?!" Enobaria screams and gabs me by my neck. She  pushes me against the wall. I grab her hand and try to pull it off. Enobaria goes flying into Brutus's arms and  a very angry Hunter stands in front of me.

"DON'T YOU EVER TOUCH HER AGAIN DO YOU HEAR ME?!" Hunter yells standing closer to me. He pulls me into a hug and I hear Brutus mumble.

"They are the closest any brother and sister can be! We can use that to get sponsors." He says to Enobaria.

"Your right Brutus! The capital will love a very close sibling bond." Enobaria exclaims.

I feel my eyes getting heavy and my knees give out. Hunter catches me and he carries me to my room. He lays me in bed and walks to the door. I smile at him and he smiles back.

"I love you sis, we will both get out of there ok. I promise you that and I don't break my promises." He says and walks out.

CLOVE

I fell asleep under the willow tree and its been about 3 days. Cato and the rest still haven't found me so I just lay there and pray that my babies will be ok. I hear the leaves russle so I close my eyes and act like im asleep.

"Guys I found her!" I hear Thresh yell.

I feel myself being lifted up into the air by strong arms. I hear Cato yelling my name and I feel him kiss my head a lot. I don't dare move. I feel Cato take me from Thresh's hold and holds me close to his chest. I feel warm hot tears fall on my face and I know they are Cato's.

"I thought you were dead Clover.." he whispers then I slip into a dreamless sleep.\

CATO

 

When we get back home Clove is still asleep. I walk to our room and set her down and as I'm walking out I hear Clove call my name.

"Cato..."

"Yes baby girl?"

"Ca-can you sleep with me...?"

I smirk and nod I walk back over to her and strip down till I'm in nothing but my boxers. I slip in next to Clove and  wrap my arms around her waist. She giggles slightly and nuzzles her head into the crook of my neck. I place my lips on her head and leave them there and occasionally kiss her head.

I notice she is asleep so I try to as well but just the thought of my two kids, what I love the most other than Clover, are going into the games and I want to them to die so I can see them again but I want them to live. I don't know what to do...
