I woke up in a cage that was very rusty.
"What the..."i said before someone came in
"Why hello there Alicia.Long time no see?"said a figure in the shadows.
I looked deep in the darkness where the figure stood.
"Who are you?!?!" I yelled
"What you dont remember?"
The figure walked up in a cloak covering its face.
It took of the hood to reveal themself.
"Ashley..."i said
"Ha you're suprised! Its been a long time since you have seen one of ur 'friends' from the city you destroyed."she said
"I..."i couldn't talk
I killed everyone in that city.
"Why am i here? How are you here?"i said
"I'm the same as you. Captured and trapped."she said
"Let me out of the cage.."i said
"NO!!!"she yelled
"I've seen what you've done. I'm not letting you hurt or even kill another innocent person"she said and went over to a counter with a knife.
"So...you'll kill me..."i said blankly
"If you are go ahead. I tried to die before and that failed. I'm trapped with people who cares about me and don't want me to get hurt. I killed one person and i hurt another."i said
It was for your own good...
Ashley,while holding the knife, lowered her hand.
"I just want you to know that i never ment to hurt anyone. Its my fault i found this necklace near my home. I should have never put it on."i said with tears
"So go ahead."i said
I heard the cage door open and next thing i new my friend was hugging me . She looked guilty.
"Come on lets get out of this cage. I'm sorry."she said with a small smile that hid only a little bit of her guiltyness.
"Come on. lets go to your base with all your friends."she said while holding my hand .
Yet i didn't walk.
"What is it?"she asked
"They think I'm a monster."i said and remembered what i did.
I took my hand away from Ashley.
"One of them grab my hand and i was very angry so i repealed them and they hit a wall very hard that their skin had cuts from it."i said and remembered the face i got from Elizabeth and Cole when my powers were shown.
Guilty is best when its hidden
"What if they start asking me?"i said
"Don't worry i have ur back and I'll help you keep it a secret."Ashley said
"Why are you helping me?"i said
"We are friends/sisters aren't we. And i forgive ur mistake on the necklace."she said
And we both started walking back to the base.
After 45 minutes of walking, we came to the base door and opened it.
Only Ana, Nick,Aria,and Cole were there .
Ana was near the mirror brushing her hair with a comb i think she just found,Aria was putting stuff away from a first aid kit, and Cole and Nick was fighting with wooden swords .
Once me and Ashley walked in, Ana was the first one to turn around with a knife at hand.
Of course her actions made everyone face us.
"ALICIA!!!!"yelled Aria as she ran and hugged me
"Aria what are you doing?!?" said Nick
"What ? Is it bad that i hug her? I mean why shouldn't i?"said Aria
"She hurt Cole remember!"said Nick
I just stood there with my head down.
"Hey she didn't mean too."said Ashley
"And who are you?"said Ana
"I'm Ashley. Alicia's childhood friend. Look she never ment to hurt anyone. Trust me."said Ashley
"I am sorry."i said not looking up.
"Don't be. It's my fault that i angered you."cole said and left.
"What's with him?"i said once he left
"When he came here he told us that you created a force field to reflect his grip on ur hand. His arms were bruised and cut.So i found a first aid kit and did what i could. I think he could be still mad at you. " said Aria
"Also the others will be setting up another base from them for a few days to explore more."said Ana
"Ok. But is he going to come back?"said Ashley
"Yes he will ."said Nick
"Here i have some extra blankets and pillows."said Ana and gave them to Ashley.
She set up next to my "bed" on The floor.
Protection is for the weak.
After two hours , we ate and was getting ready to go to sleep.
Aria ,this time, had the brush and was brushing her long curly hair.
I was sitting on my blankets and reading the mysterious book Ana and nick found before.
I was trying to read the words but some were smudged. I remembered the story i saw on the canvas about the little shadow and the connection with my necklace and the one on the wall.
I realized.
The only thing that was different about the necklaces was that mine didn't have a red gem.
Then i realized it...
I need to find the red gem to destroy you shadow.

"What ya reading"said Aria
"A book Ana and nick found today ,i think."i said
"Cool. Well I'm going to sleep."said Aria "Night"
"Night"i said
Everyone was asleep except me.
I then heard something coming from outside the room so i went to the door.
I heard someone singing, but i didn't know who.
The voice though sounded like a male , but Nick is asleep.
I then knew the boy who was singing.
