Deeks POV

I am awakened when I hear the ground shake a bit. California is known for having earthquakes but that wasn't the same feeling. It felt more like a bomb. I start to panic, it was either a really big bomb in which loads of people died or a small bomb closer to us. So in either situation Callen and Sam could be dead.

I look down and look at Kens. She has been holding her stomach for awhile now. I didn't think she was ever punched there so I smile. Kensi may be an agent but I'm the detective. Based on prior knowledge and the pregnancy test I found in the trash this morning, she is pregnant. Now all that's left is to hope it's mine.

Luckily the explosion didn't wake her up. I checked her pulse again and sighed when it was steady. I had no idea how long we were there but I would have to wake her up eventually. Sooner rather than later concussions can be tricky and she definitely had one. But she would need a doctor and soon.

Please let the guys be alive.

Callen POV

I saw the explosion even though it was fuzzy. I was super light-headed. I leaned my head against the window and I think I started to pass out.

"G you have to stay awake, I'm going to get you to a doctor." Sam said while shaking me awake. He was right I had to try to stay awake.

"Wha bout people." I muttered, it was getting hard to talk. Sam noticed this too and shook me again.

"It was an empty lot, nobody was there. I think it was more of a warning considering they had some poor kid die for it." Sam said sadly. We pulled up to the hospital and they wheeled me into the emergency room. Sam was talking to them probably explaining my injuries but I couldn't care less. I could finally get some well deserved sleep.

Through it all though I can still hear the faint beep when I close my eyes.
